It offers a unique view of the forest and the swimming pool/corridor (heated from mid-May to mid-September) of 15 x 3.5 meters. It is located about 10 minutes by car from the first beach of Lake Geneva, 15 km from Geneva and 30 minutes from the medieval city of Yvoire and 45 minutes from Evian. It can comfortably accommodate a couple with 1 or 2 children.

The apartment has just been renovated and refurbished, it consists of a bedroom with double bed 140 x 190 (bedding changed in 2025) a bathroom with bathtub, a living room/kitchen with views of nature and the lake. The kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. Basic products are available so you don't have to run to the store or clutter your suitcases. You have the option to park at the house upon your arrival and park 1 min walk away

Comfortable studio in a quiet countryside setting on the ground floor of our house with independent access. Close to the Swiss border (10mn) close to Lake Geneva (10mn), close to ski resorts (45mn), Thonon / Evian (30 / 40mn), Chamonix and Italy at 1 hour, Annecy and surroundings (45mn), a magnificent region to discover. This accommodation is NON smoking. Possibility of smoking on the terrace.
