We welcome you to the Quai des Mariniers in Montjean-sur-Loire in a pleasant house renovated in 2023, located 30 minutes from Angers and 1 hour from Nantes. Close to shops (bakery, tobacco press, tourist office) Come for a walk or bike ride on the Loire Valley cycling route and discover the surrounding villages, the wine route, the Château de Serrant, canoe/kayak rental, walk on the Ligériade But also 1 hr 15 min from Puy du Fou, 1 hr 30 min from Paris by TGV and 1 hr 30 min from the sea.

Welcome to the banks of the Loire! We welcome you to a renovated 65 m2 cottage (4/6 people) located in the center of the village of Champtoceaux – Orée d'Anjou, close to all amenities, and 30 km east of Nantes. You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Pass by the viewpoint on the Loire and in the park opposite the cottage, before setting off to discover this multifaceted region! See you soon.

Each has two 90x200 single beds that can be joined to form large 180x200 beds Fully air conditioned cottage. Sheets are provided BEDS MADE OPTION for €15

Make a stop with family or friends in this fully equipped accommodation located a 3-minute walk from the sncf station (Angers Nantes axis) and a 1-minute walk from all shops ( bakery, pharmacy, grocery store ...) . For walks , 2 minutes from Parc de la Rome ( fishing, pétanque, picnic , children's playground...) Come and visit the banks of the Loire on foot or by bike , its guinguettes ,its atypical villages etc...its restaurants...

Charming house, a balcony over the Loire.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Guest house - Independent 3-room accommodation

The home was built in 2020. It is completely independent. This small house offers an outdoor courtyard, an equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed (160 cm) and a TV. Bedroom with dressing room and a 160 cm bed. Shower room with double sink, shower and toilet. Wi-Fi is available. We are a 10-minute drive from Angers. We will be there to recommend the best deals. The tram, a supermarket and parking are nearby.
