Dear guests, We wish you a pleasant time in our newly renovated apartment, enjoy the stay and feel comfortable. The apartment is located in the city center. The house can be reached from the train station on foot in 10 minutes. The nearest tram stop is just around the corner. By car you can easily reach your destination via the Kronenbrücke bridge. To the university it is 3, to the pedestrian zone 10 min., to the indoor pool with outdoor area and large playground 3 min. The parking costs €10.00 per day.

Our apartment is located on the outskirts of the beautiful wine village of Eichstetten, directly from various excursion destinations such as hiking and cycling. The seed garden, breeding and show garden, is about 450m away and is also the start and end point of the Geopfad (length 9.5km / ascent 500m /descent 500m / difficulty medium), one of the entrances to the Kaisertour ( mountain bike tour / length 68km / 1360 m / difficult) or starting point for many mountain bike or bike tours.
