Grandma's accommodation on an organic farm

Our PihaMummola is an idyllic and authentic granny in the courtyard of a functioning organic dairy farm. Here you can get to know the life of the farm, milking and taking care of the animals if you want. Our farm's cows include gentle individuals and, among other things, all Finnish cattle breeds. In addition to the main building, Mummolan's rent includes a separate lakeside sauna. Waterways and magnificent forest areas dominate the region, but in Mummol you can also easily explore the lively summer village of Lohilahti.

Traditions and linen

Eco-friendly cabin living on a large property (4 ha) with no close neighbours. The building is clean, fresh and well decorated with materials. You'll get a made bed with linen sheets, a cold refrigerator, and your own south-facing sandy beach. A few kilometers away is Puumala Golf, Sulkava Castle Mountain, and more to see. You can row, sauna, and grill. The building has solar power where you can charge your phone and get light in the evening. Berries and mushrooms can be collected from your own forest.

Lilla Hammar

A cozy traditionel Finnish log cabin next to a peaceful little lake. The cabin is placed beautiful calming area in the middle of forests. The cottage has sleeping accommodations for four (a sleeping loft and a sofa bed). There is a charming small kitchen, a fireplace inside and campfire place on outside, composting dry toilet and a sauna (no normal bathroom). The hot tube is available with extra charge (50e). The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. Experience the traditional Finnish lake cottage life. This log cottage was built in the 1800's with hand carved logs. It is located on a beautiful lake shore with fantastic views. Here you can enjoy nature and total peace just a 10 min. car drive from Savonlinna centre. You have a good chance of spotting the endangered Saimaa ring seal, often swimming in front of the cottage. Both the cottage and the sauna are just a few meters from the lake shore. There is a rowing boat for guests to use.

In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.
