Small lake house with your own jetty

Newly built house/cottage with a private jetty for rent at Lake Vällan in Falun. In the summer you can enjoy swimming and sun. It has a rowboat and SUPs that allow for trips out to Vällan. During winter there are opportunities for both long-distance skates and cross-country skis as the track and tracks are prepared if weather and underlay allow. The house is about 50m2 and accommodates small kitchen, dining area, sofa with TV, full bathroom and bedroom. In the back of the house there is a washing machine, dishwasher and storage.

Rent our pool house! Newly built “apartment” about 25 sqm with spacious hall, bathroom with laundry facilities and rooms with kitchen, sofa and 160 cm bed. Bedlinen and towels are included you do not need to bring your own. Parking directly outside is included. You can store your skis or bicycles in a locked space, if you wish. Approximately 800 meters to Lugnet's outdoor area with cross country tracks, bathhouse, bike trails and Dalarna college. 3 min drive to the city center and grocery stores.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop 4 min walk. The house is timbered in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from the death of the wastehouse when it was moved here. The decor is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Nice hiking trails, proximity to lake and swimming as well as shopping. In the forest there is a lot of lingonberries! Here you can sleep well, no traffic that disturbs! Cozy cottage of 27 sqm with newly renovated bathroom and kitchen and porch of 29 sqm with magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on our own plot (5,000 sqm) in the nice village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Siljan, by car it takes 4 minutes to Leksand Sommarland, 8 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg.

Decorate herb, not electricity and water. Simple kitchen with small gas fridge, gas plate and water can. Fireplace with flat. Outhouse and own jetty. Double bed in sleeping loft and bunk bed best suited for children on the lower floor. Nice view of the lake. Eka is available to borrow. Duvets and pillows are available, but bed linen can be added for 25 SEK/ set.
