Every room has a waterfront view! And home has a wrap around deck. Enjoy everything from fishing,swimming, or simply relaxing on the screened in porch.The main level offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, den, laundry, 1/2 bath, and spacious master suite w/ full bath. The upstairs has 2 full bedrooms and 2 full baths. The basement comes with theater room, bar area, sleeper sofas, and full bath. A large bedroom w/ 2 full beds and another full bath completes the bottom floor. Fire pit area!

This basement apartment is on the Pell City side of the lake close to the dam. It has a huge porch overlooking the lake with outdoor table to enjoy dinner or coffee while watching sail boats or heron fly around. It's close to the Birmingham Sail Club and only 15 minutes to a supermarket. Enjoy a private entrance on the lower level with a large flat yard and dock while you stay at this well appointed apartment. The apartment was occupied full time for 3 years. Full kitchen, large porch for outdoor dining, master suite on main level. Beds: 1 California king, 2 queens, 3 fulls, 1 twin. Baths: 1 full, a jack and jill (2 toilets & 2 sinks, one shower), and 1 half bath. Pool is open mid-April through mid-October, depending on weather.
