Our home is 100% smoke free so I’m sorry we can’t accommodate groups with smokers. The entire walk out basement with a private entrance is yours to enjoy. We are close to two ski resorts, Birch Creek Golf Course and beautiful mountains and canyons. Located in a peaceful neighborhood. Play during the day and relax at night in our state of the art theater room with 12 recliners. The full kitchen and large living area is the perfect area to kick back and relax.

The Family Barn is a timeless, beautiful home.

This barn style house is nestled in the heart of quant Mendon, Utah. It has great mountain views and beautiful trees that surround the property. The house opens to a large great room with large picture windows perfect for entertaining large groups but cozy enough for smaller families. Please be aware there is an attached apartment with tenants not part of the rental. There is also a private 7 seat hot tub, conveniently located outside on the side patio.
