We are located behind a local beauty salon and next to 2 gas stations with a Dunkin enclosed for added convivence.

We are directly off the Cortland I-81 exit and are 30 minutes to Cornell, Ithaca and Syracuse. We are conveniently located near Greek Peak and other local ski areas. Beautiful, quiet, country setting overlooking Buttermilk Falls that is only minutes from downtown Ithaca, Cornell, and Ithaca College. We are located at the southern end of Cayuga Lake, near Trumansburg, Newfield, and at the beginning of the Finger Lakes Wine Trail. We are close to local state parks, waterfalls, hiking trails, entertainment, and shopping areas.

We are in the country! On state highway Route 34B, about halfway between Ithaca (13 miles) and Aurora (14 miles), originally built as a "grandmother" cottage. Located in mid-Finger Lakes, never far from a waterfall. Rural setting, property grows vegetables, flowers, and fruit.
