House 5 minutes from the A85 highway exit. 3 km from the Château de Chenonceau and Amboise and 35 km from Beauval Zoo. 25 km from Tours. 500 meters from the Cher by bike. Bike rental in the center of Bléré. Municipal pool 300 m away. Supervised beach on the Cher in summer. Possibility to order meals or an aperitif board. Notify 24 hours before. Towels, tea towels and sheets are provided but bed to be made. Senseo coffee maker + 1 filter coffee maker. Furnished not accessible to PRM (bedrooms upstairs).

Charming 60 m² accommodation, 3 rooms, large living room with kitchen, small bedroom on the ground floor and beautiful bedroom in the attic upstairs. It is a Touraine farmhouse dating back to the 17th century, completely renovated, insulated with eco-friendly materials. The neighborhood is quiet, the tram line is a 5-minute walk, the historic city center is a 20-minute walk. All shops are nearby. We live in the house next door, in the same yard and want to remain very available to our guests.
