What a lovely place to stay in the Highlands! We definitely enjoyed our time there — quiet, peaceful, and the view was amazing. The hosts were really kind and made us feel very welcome!

Wow! Wow! Wow! We were totally blown away by how amazing this place is. What a beautiful, characterful home. Very easy space to relax in, with everything you need and more. Stunning location. Sitting in the window or on the front porch the views were mesmerising. Half an hour to Loch Lomond and The Cobbler. Discovered the sailing club across the road and watched sailing races while enjoying a G&T. Brian the host is so helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again when we visit this part of Scotland. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

The promise of the view was fabulous and we were not disappointed. If you are looking for a peaceful and secluded place, this is the place. It is not perfectly placed if you are looking for tourist places to visit but the place is enough for itself for a few nights and it is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the calm. The bedrooms and living rooms are very beautiful and well decorated. Thank you for providing a beautiful home like this.

Beautiful location and property. Had every amenity that was needed. A blow dryer was included, which was nice that we did not have to travel with ours as the plugs are different from country to country. The yard was filled with plants and flowers and was extremely beautiful. Conveniently located to many popular attractions as well as Northern England. We would stay here again. The town of Killearn is so charming, and the shop owners are very nice and willing to help with anything that is needed.

One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed - both the beauty of the surroundings and the house itself with gorgeous views and unique design and decor. Cozy living room with great view. Basically two master bedrooms. Great kitchen and dining room. Nice deck if weather permits. Close to railway walking path. I even caught four brown trout from shore just across the lake. Highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Stay! The house was absolutely perfect, peaceful, beautifully kept, and had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had such a relaxing time, and the surroundings were so serene. As expected in Scotland, the midges were definitely about, but our lovely host Angela recommended using Smidge, and it worked a treat! Angela was brilliant throughout, so helpful, responsive, and accommodating to all our needs and questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or place to stay. 100% recommend and would love to return!

David's place was our favourite during this one week holiday in Scotland. The location is amazing and seeing the water from the livingroom and bedroom windows was wonderful. However, what made it stand apart from other accommodations was the interior design: every single space inside the house is tasteful and cosy, and we felt at home from the moment we walked in. Everything was clean and the quality of towels, soaps and shower gels are five star hotel level. David and Amanda are great hosts, very friendly and thoughtful, and it is evident that the comfort of their guests is their priority - also, we were delighted to meet them in person. We were sorry to leave after only one day there and will be happy to go back when next in Scotland.

It’s very difficult to describe Ewa and John’s house and do it proper justice. It’s a beautiful, unique property in a stunning location. The house is even more spacious than the photographs suggest. The house is extremely well equipped and has everything appliance you could think of! The hot tub is amazing. We were there during a powerful storm but that didn’t stop us from enjoying everything the house has to offer. Wonderful bathrooms, extremely comfortable beds, luxurious linens…the list goes on. Ewa and John are extremely generous and welcoming hosts who were in touch with instructions beforehand and were available if we needed anything during our stay. We felt like it was a home away from home and wish it was our actual home! We will hopefully be back again soon. Thank you for making a birthday trip so special and memorable!

Perfect place for me to stay. Had everything I needed and more. Felt very comfortable. Loved the area. Easy to walk in to Dunoon and a good location for exploring further by bike/ bus / car

Carol's apartment is a little bit of heaven in the middle of beautiful countryside, my wife and I wouldn't hesitate to return to the castle next time we're visiting Scotland

Went there for a weekend on motorcycle. Great place, safe parking for motorcycle, Perfectly clean property, fully equipped. on arrival there was waiting for me bottle of milk, butter, fresh eggs from Frances hens! so you can imagine that my breakfasts were eggcellent! thank you very much Frances! I highly recommend this place.

Anna's flat has everything you'll need for a stay in Dunoon. it's in a great location with easy access to the high street and beach. the flat was very well equipped and clean. couldn't fault our stay and will likely return!

Mandy is a great host always very quick to respond. We had a very comfortable stay in her spacious apartment. Everything you could want for a home from home. Position is ideal with Inverkip village a short walk away, with there local village hotel for something to eat and a few drinks. You can get the local bus from the village. There is also the Chartroom only a short stroll from apartment if you want somewhere closer to eat and drink. Inverkip train station is close to catch a train to Glasgow.

Lovely apartment within private grounds and access to the loch. A short drive to plenty of pubs, restaurants, activities and walking areas.

I loved my stay at Liz's flat - it fitted my needs perfectly. Whilst no longer local, I know the area and knew the location before booking - it is perfect for the train and Co-op both literally a 2 minute walk away. Yes the building isn't grand from the outside but do not let that fool you - the inside is just beautiful and very homely. It has everything you need for a short stay and some lovely touches from the host by leaving Milk, Coffee, Cereal etc. The place was spotless. The only one issue I had was the bed, it didn't agree with me - I think it was possibly too soft but that comes down to personal preference and certainly not the hosts fault. I decided to move to the sofa bed in living room for my last night and had an amazing sleep so there is options if you are a solo or twin traveller. I couldn't fault the place, honestly. Great location, beautiful home and amazing host. I can't wait to hopefully return at some point.

We had a great time here. This was a birthday surprise for my cousin 70th birthday who has problems with mobility. Wendy communicated with me putting flowers, banners and a balloon to surprise her which was great. It was easy for my cousin to get around the property and the garden. Definitely would come back. Beautiful property in a stunning setting.

We had an excellent stay at Cobblerview Apartment! The view was, of course, gorgeous - but the care that Carol & Don took in ensuring our stay was comfortable was greatly appreciated and made our experience especially enjoyable. The apartment is cosy and immediately inviting, with a sizable living room space and dining table positioned next to the window and looking out onto Loch Long. Though the view you have of the loch itself is expansive, we never felt as though we didn’t have enough privacy - aside from this window out onto the water, almost all of the natural light that filters in is through skylights. We never needed for utensils or utilities, Carol & Don provided a full range of crockery, cleaning supplies and towels It’s worth bearing in mind that as this is a waterfront property, the bugs are in abundance around summer and you’ll need to have your spray on if you want to sit out on the balcony this time of year!

We wanted a great view of the waterfront and skyline. The outlook from this apartment is superb, and coupled with the quality of the accommodation, it really was the perfect choice. The listing is entirely genuine and accurate, and if you are looking for a special restful retreat in Oban, this is the place. Easy for access to all amenities in Oban and of course the ferry if you’re taking in Mull & Iona like we did. Perfect test at the end of the day sitting watching the view from the magnificent bay windows in the lounge. We watched the sun go down and each morning looked out again at the peaceful outlook. Amazing place and great comms from James the host was very helpful throughout our booking process.

We had a great experience in this apartment! They have all the kitchen supplies needed and the space feel cozy. It's next to the Scottish Event Centre so the location is ideal for events and the City Sightseeing Bus passes at the corner. We would go back!

Stayed here many times and we are always very happy and comfortable during our visits.

We had a wonderful stay at Kayt & David’s place! It was absolutely spotless and so well stocked with anything and everything we could have needed for the weekend, including some really thoughtful touches like croissants, milk and the famous Tunnocks tea cakes! The views over the garden and hills were gorgeous. It was so easy to find and access when we arrived, parking was available right outside on the street and there is a cute pub with some great food right across the street. The bathroom and kitchen were in fantastic condition and supplied with everything we could have needed for a comfortable stay. There were lots of instructions around the place so we were never stuck working out what to do with appliances etc. We had a brilliant time and hope to return one day!

This was perfect location for us. It had everything we needed to explore the area and come back to recharge for the next day.

This is the second time we have stayed at this flat and hopefully not the last. It’s so comfortable I feel like it’s home. The views can’t be beat. It’s also in a great location The Firth of Clyde is a block away with cute shops to visit. Plus the train station is a minute or two walk so you have no problem going to Glasgow or Edinburgh. It’s nice to stay outside the big cities while still having an easy way to get to them Thank you so much!
