Everything was excellent! Carlos in every detail, from soaps in the bathroom and kitchen, extra toilet paper, to water in the refrigerator, no less detail for the one who has been traveling for several hours! Thank you very much for everything! I recommend and if I had to go back to Santiago, I wouldn't hesitate to book with Carlos again!

I'm in love with this apartment and (wish I could say that) I will be moving in next week. The location is fantastic, very walkable with lots of restaurants, bars, and transit nearby. The home is beautifully decorated and has amenities you would have if you lived there (a water jug dispenser, tea selection, extra towels, etc). Paz was very responsive when I had questions, the doorman was helpful when we couldn't figure out where to find the apartment key, and her house manual was super helpful. Highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Santiago. The cons are very minimal, but will share here so you are aware: the shower head needs replacing (water comes out at a trickle), the bedroom floor is very squeaky, and the bed is both squeaky and sinks in the middle so it's a bit difficult for 2 people to sleep comfortably. Local recommendations would also be nice (or even a crowd-sourced guide that visitors could add to. Don't wait, book today! :D

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. The house met all our expectations, it's the second time we've stayed, and we'll definitely be back for a third time if possible, everything is very clean and tidy, the pool is large and the green areas are very well maintained.

I'm grateful to Yasna, even though my stay was short, it made me feel welcome. Nothing to say about the loft, it is private and has all the amenities, also in the house it feels a sociable and friendly environment. As a hostess she was excellent, she was always attentive to what she needed and was understanding with me.

We stayed about 8 days in the apartment, and we loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!

The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was modern and functional, and the location turned out to be perfect for exploring the area: close to points of interest, public transport and with restaurant options nearby. In addition, Cris gave us local recommendations, which added a special touch to our experience.
