Located in Eryri (Snowdonia), a mile from Llyn Tegid- the largest natural lake in Wales, surrounded by the Arenig, Aran and Berwyn mountains. Local activities include watersports, walking, climbing, road / mountain biking. One bedroom, (one double and one single bed). Kitchen / diner and shower room. Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. The four poster room has en-suite shower room and the second bedroom (twin or super king) has access to bathroom with shower above. Thanks for looking .

With under-floor heating, a Sauna and a full cinema system with screen and a stunning audio system from Monitor Audio. A Grade II listed Tithe Barn from the 1700s, converted into a 2 bedroom cottage with facilities for a comfortable stay for 3 persons. The cottage has a sitting room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and 2 ensuite bedrooms. The cottage is set in 8 acres of the property which is close to the shores of Lake Bala and within the Snowdonia National Park in North Wales. We can provide maps, bike storage, drying room and free off road parking and also advise on attractions and outdoor activities.

Yr Efail is a converted blacksmiths workshop.

Yr Efail is situated in Llanfor a small village 3/4 of a mile from the market town of Bala. The property is a converted blacksmiths workshop were the owners family have worked since 1905. Recently renovated into a fully equipped self catering cottage. The property is single story providing easy access for all. Shops, restaurants and pubs are situated in Bala which you can reach by road or on foot along a footpath. We live in the village and available to recommend places to eat and visit.

Ara Cabin - Llain

Set on a family farm, the cabin is a peaceful luxurious retreat with spectacular views of Snowdonia and Cardigan Bay. Cattle graze in open pastures all around. The faint sound of the stream running in the distance that you can wonder down to through the ancient woodland. Enjoy views from Snowdon down the Welsh coast from a king size bed. The warm glow from the fire flickering on the pillow. The large rainfall shower and warmth underfoot from underfloor heating perfect on a cold evening.

Rhydwen - Riverside Cottage - sleeps 3

Rhydwen, is located in a tucked away corner of the village close to the footpath to Aran Fawddwy on the banks of Afon Twrch. The cottage offers a perfect retreat for those looking for a base to explore the beautiful surrounding area. The semi-detached cottage offers open plan kitchen, living and dining area with underfloor heating and a cosy log burner. It has two bedrooms and can sleep a total of three people. There is a private garden to the side with seating.

Derfel Pod

With stunning views of Llyn Celyn, this glamping pod comes with everything you need for a relaxing or adventurous break. Located in Eryri National Park there are endless trails that can be explored or if it’s a relaxing break you need, drink in the views from the hot tub in this peaceful area of North Wales. A fantastic base for walking or just chilling, the local, recently refurbished pub a short walk away. The cottage is cozy and comfortable, has full central heating and a log/coal burner. 1x double bed, 1x single and a double sofa bed in the lounge if needed. Bala town & lake 10mins drive. Parking is free in the village square. Well behaved pets allowed

Cosy Welsh cottage adjacent to Bala Lake (Llyn Tegid) with views over the mountains and beyond. Ideally placed for walking and relaxing and enjoying the lake facilities nearby. The stunning Llangower lake shore is less than 5mins walk where you will find toilet facilites, parking (although not needed as you are close enough to walk) picnic area and a lovely atmosphere all year round. Visitors are able to launch paddleboards etc on the lake and many swim.
