Our luxurious and new apartment is located in a newly built apartment block in the center of Lloret de Mar 10 meters away from the beach. The total area is 145 m2. It has a terrace with stunning views of the sea. We really love them! In our home we find a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen -office, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and air conditioning in all rooms, kitchen and living room. In addition, it also has a parking space in the same building (€ 15 / day). The floor is made of wood and all materials and finishes of high quality. 24 hour surveillance! The apartment is in a perfect area: right in front of a large sandy beach and next to restaurants, shops, and supermarkets that are 1 minute walk away. DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS THE APARTMENT IS NOISY, BECAUSE IT IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER WITH ALL THE NIGHTLIFE NEXT DOOR.
