Spacious and bright double room with access to a beautiful balcony and a private bathroom. My cat (Max) and I live in the rest of the apartment. Please respect the animal. He won't enter your space. The address is located two minutes from the Pep Ventura metro, Line 2 that takes you in 20 minutes to the center of Barcelona. You can also walk (ten minutes) to the well-known and beautiful Pont del Petroli beach, with its promenade full of bars and restaurants.

The Apartamento has 55 m2 and is located on the ground floor, it is ideal for small family or small group of friends, with 2 bedrooms of 2 double beds each , it has free WiFi, heat and cold air conditioning, washer-dryer, TV with internet, free parking on the street, living room kitchen all recently renovated includes all the kitchen utensils and everything new. The apartment is next to the La Salut L10N metro station

Very comfortable room with lots of natural light, it has exits to a quiet and cozy terrace. It has a fridge with soft drinks and coffee maker for breakfast. Located five minutes walk from Playa del Coco, in which there is a very good atmosphere day and night as there is chiringuito and leisure areas. You will also be in 20 minutes in the center of Barcelona since this area is very well connected.
