Seperate entrance to our home so guests dont get disturbed. A kettle with tea and coffee supplied. We are always available for any advice or concerns. Offas dyke path about 1.5miles away with the option of a lift (pre arranged with extra supplement) The coast, snowdonia, liverpool airport and chester are all within 1hr drive.

Located in beautiful tranquil and secluded countryside within the Clwydian Range AONB, we have amazing 360-degree country scenic views . There's no noise or light pollution - you can only hear the birds and the wind in the trees with no roads nearby. On clear nights the stars are amazing. We're ideally located with easy access to local towns and cities.

Our place is in the village of Rhuddlan near a 13th century church and castle, the River Clwyd, the Clwydian Hills, the beaches of Rhyl & Prestatyn, and the North Wales Expressway (A55). The peaceful, historic village has small local shops, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. The modern, ground floor annex is private, with its own front door, hall, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and small kitchenette. It is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

The barn was converted in 2016 to a luxury holiday let, decorated with modern and traditional touches. The barn is spacious and comfortable, with its own patio and shared use of the garden. The barn is next to our family home. We welcome families, business guests, walkers, couples and furry friends. The barn makes an ideal touring base for our local area, is within easy reach of great pubs and restaurants, theatres, market towns, plus the beaches/castles of Wales Coast/Snowdonia/Chester.
