Our two bedroom cottage is only a 3 minute walk to the beach and approx 20 miles from beautiful Snowdonia making this a great family base for walkers, cyclists and water sports lovers. Sleeping four/five comfortably with one king size bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom; we have added a third single bed in the master bedroom to easily cater for a fifth guest. The Ffarm is a magnificent Grade II listed historic manor house set in 2 acres of gardens and dates from 1706. The Ffarm Flat is a delightful private self catering apartment at the rear of the Ffarm with a spacious lounge, dining and kitchen area and a separate en-suite double bedroom it provides an ideal base for a couple wishing a little independence. Situated just 5 miles inland from the sea it is well placed for those wishing to explore the North Wales coast and Snowdonia.

We have a spacious ground floor suite with sea views consisting of Bedroom, Ensuite, Private Lounge and optional Hot tub. The hot tub is an additional fee of £90 regardless of length of stay. The bedroom has a King Size bed with smart TV, storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views. Cabin - Camping Municipal!

Our Cabin has a Queen size bed, a single Z-bed (if requested). There is a mini wet room with Toilet and an Electric Shower. The Kitchen facilities include a fridge with, an electric oven / hob, microwave, a toaster and a dishwasher. We provide a Smart TV and Wifi access. The cabin is separate from the main house. If you need any crockery or cutlery that's not already in the cabin, feel free to ask!
