A large Edwardian B & B house, with far reaching views of the Dee Estuary, set in several acres of family owned land on the edge of the historic town of Holywell. A full cooked breakfast of the best locally sourced ingredients is included (from 7-9:30am) I am happy to accommodate any dietary requirements, please message me with details prior to arrival. We offer two double bedrooms, one en suite, and one with a shower room. The first at £95 per night, the second at a further £90 per night. If there are two of you and you want separate rooms please be sure to secure the second room by booking as if you are THREE guests! Guests have their own sitting room. Breakfast is served in our farmhouse kitchen. Plas Uchaf has beautiful views overlooking the Conwy estuary, and the foothills of Snowdonia. Our house is not suitable for children under 8 yrs

Close to Zip World, various National Trust properties, Castles and great walking and climbing. 2 separate bedrooms each with double bed and shared bathroom. Vegetarian breakfast provided includes cereals, yogurt, preserves, eggs and home made bread as well as other veggie food Evening meals can be provided at extra charge if ordered in advance (non-veggie, veggie,vegan).
