Villa holiday rentals in Llandudno Beach

Wonderful place, just steps to an incredible beach, really private feeling. Kitchen was really well stocked for a big family. Really comfortable spaces with great bathrooms (with excellent water pressure!). It is a beautiful location, but be aware that it's a healthy drive to central Cape Town given the frequent traffic.

The house was great and very spacious for our group of eight people. Awesome view of the ocean and the mountains. We highly recommend the place and would highly consider staying here again.

Stephan's place was really amazing. Everything you needed was there. Jana, the property manager was there to let us in. She even handwrote us a postcard to welcome us, that was just that little extra that made everything really perfect. She also responded pretty quick to any message we have send her. 10/10 would recommend

This house is stunning , something similar to a house from grand designs . Stunning views from everywhere, spacious rooms and lounges , warm pool and the best tings was the housekeeper Aneese and Boyd the house manager , absolute stars , so friendly and responsible . Highly recommend his place for those looking for the wow factor in beautiful Constantia and Cape Town

Ricardo's place was amazing - it looked like the photos and met all our expectations. It's walkable to the beach, restuarants, coffee shops and grocery stores. It is also close to one of the setups on the 'Hop-on Hop-off' bus tour. The sunset views from the balcony are stunning. Judith keeps the house meticulously and is friendly and helpful. she was there to meet us when we checked in, and was willing to let us drop our bags off early. All in all we and our friends really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Thank you

One of the most stunning Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. The views from the master bedroom and rooftop decks are incredible and the best place in Cape Town to watch the sunsets. The private pool area is beautiful, the master bedroom is a real delight and the bonus upstairs areas are fantastic. Communication was so responsive and helpful. Always felt safe and secure

The place is a work of art inside and outside. The view of Table mountain is breathtaking, both day and night. Tino is very kind, responsive and helpful. Can’t say enough good things about the stay.

Wow. Absolutely amazing place. Stayed here for 3 nights with 5 adults and 5 children. Home is large, spacious and complete luxury. Would highly recommend if you are looking to visit Cape Town, but stay slightly outside the main city

The most perfect beach stay in beautiful Camps Bay - we only stayed for 4 days but wish it was longer - a perfect home away from home. Everything was beautifully designed (actually much more beautiful and spacious than the photos) and it had everything we needed as a family with 2 young kids. The beds were so comfy and it was all spotless / everything felt very new. Gorgeous and private garden to play in and just a few minutes walk from the beach! Felt incredibly safe and Keira was very helpful with tips / advice. If we come back I would happily stay here for the entire trip rather than move around!

Markus and Clara were exceptional hosts. Clara kindly hosted a Braai for us one of these evenings. As a foodie and a restauranteur her cooking was exceptional. Thanks for everything!

We are ten ladies who stayed 4 nights to take part in the Two Ocean’s marathon and enjoy Cape Town. The house had enough room for us all and we were very happy to be given the option of having two singles rather than King beds in some of the rooms. The views from the top balcony over the ocean are beautiful and the downstairs has a table for 10 and a great lounge area. Bonus was the coffee machine and well equipped kitchen. Having the housekeeper come every day was wonderful and he is efficient, helpful, discrete and friendly. The house is walkable down to the beach and bars and restaurants in Camps Bay. We couldn’t have had a more wonderful stay.

Carol was an amazing host and has an amazing home with breathtaking views. It had everything we needed as a group. Top notch security, a heated pool, lots of space, an office room to work out of, gym and laundry room, and all the rooms were thoughtfully furnished, with comfortable beds. We also had help everyday we were there with cleaning up. On our arrival we had complementary fruits, coffee pods, charcoal/fire lighters, and even laundry detergent. Not many other hosts are that thoughtful. If we needed any help or had any questions, Carol was promptly available to help. She’s a great host. Overall, the property was great and we had a great break! Thanks again Carol!

Just got back from a joint 3 family (6 adults and 5 children) holiday. The house was perfect and we all had an amazing time. The housekeeper Neli was brilliant and Rene was very accommodating with requests for early and late checkouts due to the times of our flights. Location is brilliant and we had a mix of days at the house and days exploring the area. Lots of brilliant memories made! Thanks

Our stay at this beautiful property was nothing short of amazing! We were six guests—two couples and a family—and found the house spacious and perfect for our group. The location and views were absolutely stunning, situated in a safe, gated private area with a pool overlooking the ocean and a natural park as our backyard. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more, and the authentic furniture added charm. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We’ve just spent 4 weeks (4 adults 1 child and a baby) at the villa and it was the most amazing stay! The villa is in a perfect location and had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Matthew the house manager was just the best! The villa is absolutely remarkable - the space is beautifully decorated and perfectly laid out. We thoroughly enjoyed moments on the patio as well as lounging by the fire inside, making for an overall memorable and intimate experience. Bibiana and her team are so lovely, the welcome basket was a sweet touch and their attention to detail is impeccable. They remained accessible and helpful throughout our stay, even assisting with washing and ironing at our request. We never felt more at home in an AirBnB and relished returning to the villa during the day for some much-needed R&R. I highly recommend booking with Bibiana - between her hospitality, the views, amazing location, and value for money, I can’t pinpoint the best part. the house was exactly as described and matched the pictures! The area you stay in is surrounded by mountain side and a beach which is very safe and easy to walk. there is also a few restaurants and bars 5 minutes along the road which was handy coming back after excursions and wanting to eat closer to home where the staff and locals were always very friendly and happy to recommend any excursions or areas to go! Sian was very quick to reply with any queries we had and have clear instructions for us arriving. Would highly recommend this house for groups of friends, still wanting to have their private space (as we all had our own rooms) and families with the surrounding area the way it is. We would definetly book to come back again when we return to Cape Town!!! loved every minute of staying there!!!

Our stay at Nicki’s Villa was much better than expected as this was only my 2nd Airbnb stay. The house was beautiful and perfectly accommodated my family which includes 3 children under 3 years old. Everyone had their own space and there were several common spaces for us to gather both indoor and outdoor. The villa was very clean and includes daily housekeeping services. The villa is in a gated community with guard service so we always felt safe. We also used the recommended Chef Mark who came to the villa several days to prepare breakfasts and dinners (including appetizers and home made desserts) for our group. My 13 year old nephew said that was the highlight of his trip. The food was fantastic and the presentation was top notch. The Villa helped to make this one of the best family trips we have experienced to date.

Highly recommended for any group be it families with or without kids! We were a group of 4 adults and three kids (1,4,6) and had an amazing team in the house. I'd even say the pictures dont to justice to it, as the view which ranges from Capetown over the ocean and then to vinyards and the mountains is absolutely stunning. The pool was a nice refreshments and it nicely heats up throughout the day (water is heated via tubes on the roof). The kitchen has literally everything in terms of utensils etc. Bedrooms: 2/3 bedrooms can be darkened, one will always be bright in the morning. The Masterbedroom with large bathroom and walk-in dressing room/wardrobe was absolutely amazing Host: super flexible, Blaise even organised a baby chair and bed for the little one (didnt have one before but reacted quickly to our ask); Willie as the "on-site-host" is always super helpful and flexible. We had an aircon-issue one day and he instantly took care of it; always reachable on w-app/call
