Here, just 12 minutes from Visby and 20 minutes from Tofta beach, you can enjoy the rural setting and at the same time be close to the pulse of the city. The house has its own patio and parking, and you will be surrounded by the farm's life where there are, among other things, bulls and tractors. Enjoy in newly built modern house in quiet forest pastry at Ekstakusten and Djupvik harbor. The house is individually located with 10 min beautiful walk down to Djupvik's beach, ice cream and restaurant. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6-8. Morning and evening sun on different sides of the house. Hammocks at the edge of the forest. There is a guest house on the property that can also be rented. It has 5 beds and a private listing here on AirBnB. You can purchase cleaning for SEK 1500. Otherwise, clean up on your own.

Glöm alla vardagliga bekymmer i detta rymliga och fridfulla boende. En traditionell gotlandsgård vid havet, ensam belägen ytterst på udden. Utsikt ifrån fönstren ut över hav och strandängar. Granne med ett naturreservat med många olika fåglar, fantastiskt för fågelskådning! Havet ligger bara några steg bort, vandra genom ängarna med vilda blommor, den långa stranden med orörd mjuk sand, sträcker sig en km. Omgivningarna, ljuset, himlen – speciellt stjärnorna på natten- ”Vintergatan”.

Quiet and fresh home base for all experiences on the island. Land in Eken's bed in the evening and meet the morning on the patio. Parking is included and the car can stay parked as Visby's pleasures and experiences can be reached on foot. Bed linens are included. Bath towels and towels are also included. I want the bath towels to stay in the apartment, so if you go to the beach, you have to bring your own bath towels. Cleaning is not included but can be purchased.
