The house is 250 meters from the beach and you are close to the local grocery store, bakery, most restaurants and the sports field with tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and soccer field. Just outside the community, there is also a 9-hole golf course. The house is in good condition and has all the amenities needed. There are five beds distributed in three bedrooms. Dining area, living room with TV and fireplace. Shower room with toilet in the house and washing machine in a separate building.

Possibility to borrow bicycles to discover the surrounding area with wonderful beaches, limestone rock formations and beach sauna etc. Welcome.

TV room with large TV. One bathroom with shower/bathtub and one with only toilet. Annex with guest room (double bed and bunk bed for 3 children, but no bathroom). Proximity to sandy beaches, limestone stacks and beautiful nature. Padel court and golf course are nearby. Ljugarn is 5 km away and there is a grocery store, restaurants and cafes.

Fullt modernt, fyra bäddar i två sovrum inne i stugan o två bra bäddar i friggebod på tomten. Kök o vardagsrum i öppen planlösning. Badrum med dusch/wc. Tvättstuga i uthus. Uthyres veckovis under sommaren, bytesdag söndagar. Övrig tid kan kortuthyrning ske. Slutstäd ingår ej.

Studio house by the sea

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.
