Fantastic house! Built in 2020! Close to beach, shop, bakery, restaurants. Sunny plot with large terrace, barbecue, outdoor furniture and lounge furniture. Three bedrooms; one room with double bed 180 cm and two rooms with double beds 160 cm, living room and kitchen in one. One bathroom with toilet and shower and a guest toilet, laundry room. Everything in modern condition. Large double doors facing the terrace. The property is in a southern location with sun all day. The house is centrally located in Ljugarn but still a quiet location. New and fresh.

This wonderful house (newly renovated -23) is within walking distance (3-5 minutes) to 4 restaurants, a few cafés, grocery store and Ljugarn's wonderful beach. In the nearby area, there are also tennis/padel courts and a golf course. New household goods are available for two families. Washing machine, (micro), dishwasher, stove, TV & Wi-Fi are available. Large property with lovely patios, barbecue area with storage space for large groups. Rented mainly on a weekly basis. We want you who rent from us to be adults (25+), preferably families.

Shower with underfloor heating, hot water for 2 people (normal use). Double bed 180 cm + 70 cm wide extra bed. Final cleaning is included. Sheets & towels are not included, can be rented. The fireplace in the picture is not working.

Newly built house near beach, Djupvik

Enjoy a newly built modern house in a quiet forest edge by the Eksta coast and Djupvik harbor. The house is located privately with a 10-minute beautiful walk down to Djupvik's beach, ice cream and restaurant. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6-8. Morning and evening sun on different sides of the house. Hammocks in the edge of the forest. There is a guest house on the property that can also be rented. It has 5 beds and its own ad here on AirBnB. You can purchase cleaning for SEK 1,500. Otherwise, you clean up yourself on departure.

TV room with large TV. One bathroom with shower/bathtub and one with only toilet. Annex with guest room (double bed and bunk bed for 3 children, but no bathroom). Guest house with double bed and outdoor shower Bicycles, surfboard and SUP are available to borrow. NOTE: sheets + towels are not included. More pictures can be sent.

Proximity to sandy beaches, limestone stacks and beautiful nature. Padel court and golf course are nearby. Ljugarn is 5 km away and there is a grocery store, restaurants and cafes.

Nära till allt övrigt i Ljugarn såsom idrottsplatsen, cafeer, restauranger, affär osv Ligger på lugn väg med lite trafik, stor trädgård och bra terass och ett uterum. Fullt modernt, fyra bäddar i två sovrum inne i stugan o två bra bäddar i friggebod på tomten. Kök o vardagsrum i öppen planlösning. Badrum med dusch/wc. Tvättstuga i uthus. Uthyres veckovis under sommaren, bytesdag söndagar. Övrig tid kan kortuthyrning ske. Slutstäd ingår ej.

It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.
