Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. The house was completed in 2021 with shower and washing machine. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, induction stovetop, fridge/freezer. A smaller bedroom on the lower floor as well as a sleeping loft on the upper floor with 2x160 beds. Upstairs with an open floor plan, there is a sofa and TV with Apple TV. The house includes a covered porch with dining table and armchairs. In the front of the house there is a gravel entrance with a café table and chairs as well as a table for breakfast in the morning sun.

Three bedrooms; one room with double bed 180 cm and two rooms with double beds 160 cm, living room and kitchen in one. One bathroom with toilet and shower and a guest toilet, laundry room. Everything in modern condition. Large double doors facing the terrace. The property is in a southern location with sun all day. The house is centrally located in Ljugarn but still a quiet location. New and fresh.

Large property with lovely patios, barbecue area with storage space for large groups. Rented mainly on a weekly basis. We want you who rent from us to be adults (25+), preferably families.

Cozy summer house in sunny Ljugarn. The house is 250 meters from the beach and you are close to the local grocery store, bakery, most restaurants and the sports field with tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and soccer field. Just outside the community, there is also a 9-hole golf course. The house is in good condition and has all the amenities needed. There are five beds distributed in three bedrooms. Dining area, living room with TV and fireplace. Shower room with toilet in the house and washing machine in a separate building.

Proximity to sandy beaches, limestone stacks and beautiful nature. Padel court and golf course are nearby. Ljugarn is 5 km away and there is a grocery store, restaurants and cafes.

Vår gäststuga som vi kallar ”Jordkällaren" för dess ursprung där det tidigare låg en jordkällare bjuder in till en unik vistelse. Med sitt sedumtak som berättar om sin historiska bakgrund. Stugan har genomgått en kärleksfull renovering och erbjuder en modern bekvämlighet. Belägen endast 90 meter från stranden får gästerna möjlighet att njuta av underbar natur och närhet till havet. På Fårö där naturen möter historia blir en vistelse på denna unika plats till ett fint minne att ta med sig hem.

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.
