Holiday rentals with a patio in Ljubljana

Nice welcome with touches (wine/chocolate), very clean and new building. 3 apartments in the house, otherwise no private use. Pure apartment building. We were all alone during our stay. Pictures are truthful. Quiet residential area, restaurant and various supermarkets/gas stations/town center (village) within walking distance or by car. Garden with playhouse for the kids (slide/climbing - soon certainly also sand in the sandbox), barbecue corners, parking, property completely fenced (gate to the driveway opens at the push of a button). Fast and easy communication. There was nothing missing in the apartment, modern and new, comfortable mattresses (balcony covered), In the kitchen various cooking utensils could still be retrofitted otherwise TIP TOP Clean! We felt comfortable. THANK YOU

This stay was absolutely perfect! The hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive, making the entire experience seamless. The apartment was exactly as pictured—cozy, welcoming, and with a very comfortable bed. It was also spotlessly clean, which made it even more enjoyable. I genuinely have nothing negative to say about this stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. A fantastic experience overall!

Exceptional apartment, large and comfortable. It is true that it is a little far from the center but with a splendid walk along the river in 30 minutes you can reach it. Julian was wonderful, always present, punctual in his responses and attentive to our comfort.

This flat was fantastic. It was even better than the pictures, quiet and in a fantastic location. The kids loved the PlayStation and toys, the adults loved the comfortable beds and rooftop views. The flat felt spacious and well layed out. We hope to return again some day!

Jure was very kind and helpful during our stay. We loved the convenient location of the house and appreciated having parking on the property. The unit is spacious and we found it to be very clean. You can expect the place to look like the photos with just the basic amenities provided. Onsite laundry was a bonus. We would be happy to stay here again!

Perfect, spacious accommodation. Clean and practical. Plenty of kitchen utensils and storage areas. Very nice patio. Good AC in both bedrooms. Quiet residential area. Great with free parking. Great grocery stores, bakeries and restaurant nearby. Easy to get by car to and from different places in Slovenia. Anja and her husband were amazing hosts. Nice and easily accessible.

We had a great stay in Bled. The apartment is well located, walking distance to everything, very quiet, and nice and dark with the curtains closed. Jaka was very accommodating and kind. A great restaurant with local food was right around the corner, and a SPAR for groceries was not too far away. We would highly recommend this place for anyone spending some time in Bled.

This apartment and the hosts are a true gem! The location is incredibly convenient and Tamara and her husband are some of the most welcoming hosts we ever had. The apartment is very comfortable and is like a mini wellness in its own, a perfect peaceful oasis to rest in after a day of exploring the amazing sights nearby. Our hosts even went over the top, providing us with breakfast croissants and fruit every morning, and offering their delicious home-made grappa and sausages with cheese and bread when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again if we are visiting the area.

Nika is very friendly & and responsive host. Because we were afraid of the cold, we asked Nika if she could increase the hot water temperature, and Nika solved the problem for us immediately. Very efficient. The house is big and comfortable. Definitely worth recommending.

Very nice place and perfect location if you are looking for a less crowded area but always staying connected to Lake Bled. Very suitable for a family vacation and relaxation. We felt instantly at ease the moment we arrived, it was perfect for our family of five, with three young children. The home is cozy, well‑equipped, and surrounded by absolutely stunning views of the mountains—so peaceful, almost surreal. It’s just a short drive to the lake, which made exploring really easy. In just a few days, we did so much: climbed up to the castle, walked around the lake, and the kids had a blast at the playground near the campsite. We did an Easter egg hunt in the flowery garden, and I also squeezed in a peaceful run around the town on our last evening, just to soak up the atmosphere one more time. Everyone we met was so friendly, and the gardens in the area are beautiful. We’re already talking about booking again—can’t wait to come back!

We had a great time at Katja's place! The accommodation was even better than in the photos, spacious and with lots of amenities. The proximity to Ljubljana and the major highways are very convenient for exploring the country by car, while being in a peaceful place. Katja is a responsive, warm and very attentive host, we are delighted to have met her and will not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to our loved ones who would like to take a trip to Slovenia 😊

Very nice apartment, clean, new and equipped with everything you need. 15 minutes from one of the parking lots to go to Ljubljana by bus (very convenient), quiet area. Maja is a great host, very kind, helpful, he also brought us pancakes for breakfast. Highly recommended!
