It is embraced by 3,000 m² of paradise with 100 fruit and olive trees. Here, all living beings are respected: you will see hedgehogs, and if you are quiet, a rabbit. Swallows and blackbirds fly above, while fragrant herbs attract bees and grasshoppers. It’s a touch of nature where we live side by side in perfect harmony, without a single problem.

Villa Sarita is designed and built (2008-2010), with natural materials, brick, natural white stone, oak and Terracota of Istria, which were processed in a classical way. The villa covers an area of 350 m2 of living space (interior of 200m2, 150m2 terrace) and 2,000 m2 of space in the yard where is a little forest of oaks. Ground floor flat is functionally designed with all the necessary space for 8-10 people.
