Small house in the heart of nature

Small house attached to our farmhouse. You can enjoy your nature stay in complete autonomy where the fauna and flora are still well preserved (hiking, cycling, mountain biking, canoeing...). 15 minutes from the Magny-Cours circuit, 10 minutes from the Lurcy-Lévis circuit. You will find all amenities 10 minutes away. You will have access to the garden where you can meet our dog and our two cats who complete the family. Possibility to park motorcycle or karting in our garage.

A charming stone house is presented with light blue shutters and white doors. A well-maintained garden surrounds the home, featuring flowering bushes and a grassy area. Steps lead up to the entrance, facilitating easy access to the interior.
