Sandy Bottom Park has a beautiful sandy beach. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy comfortably with family and friends.

Enjoy your vacation or get away relaxing in this fully remodeled lakefront cottage. Open floor plan ensures that you can enjoy the breathtaking water view from every room. Fully functional and spacious. Linens, washer, dryer and laundry soap provided. Seventy-five feet of beach front. Great for viewing, swimming, fishing, and boating. Wi-Fi & cable provided. Parking for 5 vehicles. Guests are expected to leave house in clean condition upon departure, including linens, dishes, floors, etc.

The Conesus Sunset Cottage is located on the east side of the lake for breathtaking sunsets you can enjoy from the upper deck, the large dock or under the covered firepit area. Perfect for a couples get a way or family of 6 Boat dock available if you want to bring your boat or jet skis. Boat rentals are available nearby. The finger lakes wineries are a short drive from Rochester. We are also a 25 minute drive to Letchworth State Park. Wegmans grocery store within 5 miles from the house.
