The Nest is centrally located within the crossroads of the Finger Lakes & the Southern Tier in Wayland NY (Exit 3). Surrounded by Rolling hills & agricultural fields. NOTE-Next to FOrX Summer Stage. Concerts take place Saturdays (ONLY)June-Oct. Be advised on concert nights the units deck overlooks the action & can be loud. Not suitable for children 3 & under. Unit has stairs & is close to the road.

This tiny cabin offers a fully stocked tiny kitchen for prepping and cooking food, coffee included, a fully supplied grilling area, outdoor shower with hot water and fire pit with a bundle of wood. It is conveniently located to access biking, hiking, boating, wine tasting, breweries, antiquing and just relaxing! Cabin has 2 private parking spots with easy access to the cabin. This is not a pet friendly listing.

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

The HALEY Cabin

Brand new build 2024! Peaceful farmhouse style cabin on a private 13 acre wooded lot. Hiking trails throughout. Upper mill creek can be accessed from the property. The property joins the Genesee preserve, where you can hike to a waterfall. Cornhole boards are provided. In the exterior pictures you’ll see a sign that says “Cabin Rentals” you will want to look for that at the road, and take the lower driveway, all the way out back to the cabin. there is no smoking in the cabin.

Peaceful Country Home

A peaceful clean home for you to enjoy!! We have a very nice size yard for camp fires and just relax in without any neighbors.Welcome to a peaceful country home in the middle of several very large ponds. Relax on the covered screened porch or the back deck for peaceful meals or just some bird watching. Not super far off the road but you feel like it. Road is pretty quiet and lots of wild life. Ponds and woods not our property so please stay in yard/ grass only

Frog's Leap Tree-House

Enjoy the best of nature at our Frog's Leap Tree-house. It is nestled in over 100 acres of wooded lands. There are many forms of wildlife to see on the property such as: deer, blue heron, fox, turtles and of course frogs. There are two ponds. One pond is approximately four acres and the other one is an acre. Catching large mouth bass is made easy with our fishing rods provided with the right bait. We do promote catch and release.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A peaceful place to unplug and be surrounded by nature with breathtaking views. Take a walk on the quiet, rural roads or drive a short distance to enjoy what the Fingerlakes have to offer. Just miles away you can find many wineries, breweries, restaurants and both Letchworth and Stony Brook State Parks. 10 minutes from SUNY Geneseo and Genesee Valley Hunt Country.

Cabin Creek Hide Away (Letchworth) + Waterfalls!

Cabin Creek Hide-Away - This 100 acre forest property is just 15 minutes from Letchworth State Park, features a very secluded, rustic cabin hidden deep in the woods, with private waterfalls! The cabin is off the grid/no electricity, with modern conveniences like solar powered lights, LP gas refrigerator and a composting toilet. Swain Mountain Ski Resort is just 4 miles South.
