Condo holiday rentals in Livigno

I've used Airbnb numerous times and I have to say that this was the best host experience we've ever had. The apartment was perfect - new, in excellent condition, extremely clean and comfortable, well furnished and supplied. What made this an outstanding experience were the hosts, Laura and Lukas, they were super friendly and welcoming, amazingly communicative - always timely, friendly and helpful :) You could tell that they put a love and attention to the apartment and crating a great experience for us - there were so many nice touches in the apartment that we didn't expect - lots of snacks and supplies in the kitchen, many quality amenities in the bathroom, nicely monogrammed/branded towels - it felt like we were in a 4 or 5 ***** hotel! Location was also quite good - not directly in the center, but close enough - it was very relaxed :) Totally unexpected and much appreciated - would highly recommend this stay!

I can easily say that this place was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in Airbnb by far. It was well designed and furnished, very nice host, and was a luxury experience. I believe you’ll need a car to go anywhere near, although the host offers a free bikes to use. I’ll definitely consider this as a first option if I ever come back to Riva. Thanks for everything.

Alloggio in una posizione fantastica. Vicinissimo al centro e con la vista sulle piste. L’ alloggio è pulito e offre tutto il necessario.

Die Wohnung ist groß mit einem super Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Die Kommunikation mit Valentina war sehr gut. Sie meldete sich proaktiv, versorgte uns mit allen notwendigen Informationen und meldete sich nach Rückfragen sehr schnell. Sie fragte auch nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob wir Informationen oder Tipps benötigen. Wir haben die Wohnung sehr sauber vorgefunden und man hat dort alles, was man benötigt inkl. eigenem Parkplatz. Malcesine gehört zu den schönsten Orten am Gardasee. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb. Man kann gut zu Fuß in den Stadtkern von Malcesine laufen, aber wir würden ein Auto unbedingt empfehlen. Neben Limone, Riva oder Sirmione sollte man auf jeden Fall einen Ausflug nach Verona einplanen - es lohnt sich. Alles in allem war es ein gelungener und sehr schöner Urlaub, in einer tollen Wohnung von einer sehr guten Gastgeberin. Wir würden die Casa Jami uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Great stay at Enricos place, situated in the centre of the historic part of bormio everything within the town is within walking distance. Enrico kindly provided helpful instructions for arriving/departing the property through videos which were greatly appreciated. The property also has access to a garage which was ideal for us as we were travelling with bikes. Highlight of the property has to be the shower which is huge!

Beautiful place and close to wonderful restaurants! Would highly recommend! Make sure you get trash bags from the Coop.

Die Wohnung in Taufers ist wunderschön und wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, die Räume sind sehr funktional und geschmackvoll eingerichtet - mit viel Rücksicht auf die historische Substanz des Gebäudes. Eine Bushaltestelle -Richtung Mals und CH- sowie ein Parkplatz sind direkt vor der Tür, der Bus fährt 1mal die Stunde. Waschmaschine und Trockner können im Gewölbekeller genutzt werden. Danke für die schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation und die wertvollen Tipps! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

C’è poco da aggiungere alle recensioni precedenti perché soggiornare da Donatella, a Bormio, è qualcosa che auguro a tutti di aver la fortuna di provare! Tutti scrivono “sentirsi a casa”…è così! La naturalezza con cui si viene accolti, che non è da poco, in una casa da “rivista”, bella, pulita, curata, dove non manca nulla…e mi permetto di dire, da amante dell’ interior design, dove quell’inspiegabile sensazione di “star bene” … arriva dalla ricercatezza delle finiture interne, dall’organizzazione degli spazi, dall’illuminazione studiata e dai dettagli decorativi, spesso trascurati nelle nostre case! Un momento di relax o una vacanza, che tutti ci meritiamo, meritano di esser vissuti e goduti in un ambiente che va oltre le nostre aspettative! Wanda’s home! Bravissimi…perché regalate qualcosa in più e di inaspettato!

Super clean apartment with absolutely amazing views. Easy travelling by car to local ski slopes, town and walkable to the Spa nearby. Friendly hosts who were a pleasure to stay with. The photos accurately show the apartment (the view was even better!). Highly recommended and we hope to return.

The apartment is on the second floor of an aged traditional building. It is small, of course, but pretty well organised. The bedroom is rather cramped but offers a view over the water and mountains, wonderful in early dawn light. Both the kitchen area and the bathroom have French doors that open above the street and let you view life below on the cobbled streets of a working tourist town. The hosts are actively addressing some aspects of maintenance that were overdue under the previous ownership, but these changes are occurring with no inconvenience to guests. This apartment is suitable for a diverse clientele, from honeymooners to grandparents, both short and longer term. It is very close to the centre of Lovere, has myriad services close by including simple transport links to other towns , by both road and lake ferry.

Marta è davvero cordiale e precisa. Ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni di arrivo all’alloggio con estrema precisione e puntualità. L’appartamento è veramente delizioso, curato nei minimi dettagli e a pochi passi dal centro di Temu e dagli impianti sciistici. È stata un’esperienza davvero positiva!

Tutto Perfetto. Alberto è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile, alla luce del mio cambio data per ben tre volte. L'alloggio era pulito e confortevole. La Sig.ra Lorella affabile e gentilissima. Super consigliato!

Wir haben die Zeit in Helmuts Unterkunft sehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist ideal für ausgeprägte Wanderung und (Renn-)Radtouren.

Absolutely wonderful! My husband and I chose the right spot for our one night in Tirano. The home was SPOTLESS, allowing me to breathe easy as someone who usually struggles with environmental allergies (zero issues in this super-clean home). The views from the balcony and patio were gorgeous and relaxing. Maurizio is friendly and attentive, and the instructions to find the Airbnb were clear. Highly recommend! :)

Abbiamo appena lasciato l'appartamento e mi sento subito di consigliarlo...pulito ordinato e accoglienza eccellente...Abbiamo anche trovato una bottiglia di vino come benvenuto...ben collegato e spero di ritornarci.

I had a wonderful stay at Patrizia’s place. It was centrally located and walkable to everywhere in Sondrio. The place was spacious and lots of natural light. Patrizia’s kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with everything I needed. She also welcomed me with a nice bottle of wine, water bottles, and a basket full of delicious goodies. I’m excited to stay there again later this month.

Besonders toll war die Möglichkeit den Jacuzzi zu nutzen als auch im AquaForum das Hallenbad + Sauna (sehr zu empfehlen) zu nutzen. Herzlichen Dank und nur weiter zu empfehlen!!

die wohnung ist wirklich wunderschön und die vermieterin super organisiert, es dauerte nur ein bisschen lange bis wir eine antwort bekamen wegen dem WLAN. das WLAN hat öfters nicht funktioniert aber für uns war es nicht schlimm. das einzige ist es geht mindestens eine ganze minute bis lauwarmes wasser kommt. aber die einrichtung, hygiene, aussicht und pool waren einfach perfekt vielen Dank. wir würden es auf jeden fall wieder buchen.

Great appartement, close to the Jakobshorn Ski-Lift. Nice location with afternoon sun on the balcony. All facilities are close by (train station, shops, super market, ski bus stop). Complete kitchen with good aplliances and kitchen tools.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch und Irina war sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben die Unterkunft für ein paar Tage Erholung gewählt. Der Tennosee ist super in 5 Gehminuten über eine Fußweg (mit steiler Treppe) direkt hinter dem Haus oder in 3 Minuten mit dem MTB erreichbar. Waren 2 Tage am See - inklusive Baden und machten eine sehr nette MTB-Radtour (Vespana Tour Nr. 740). Sehr empfehlenswert - vor allem die Einkehr auf der Schutzhütte San Pietro. Essensmöglichkeiten im kleinen Ort Tenno sind beschränkt, aber paar Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht man schönere Lokale. Die Küche im Appartement ist super ausgestattet und wir haben uns meist selbst versorgt und unser Essen auf der großen Terrasse genossen. Auch sehr schöne Poolanlage - rundherum das Gelände weit größer, als man es auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung sieht. Wir können die anderen positiven Bewertungen nur bestätigen. Sehr schönes Appartement, sauber und großzügig und sehr nette GastgeberInnen. Es gibt sogar eine Möglichkeit, das E-Auto direkt beim Haus aufzuladen.

What a beautiful apartment in Malcesine with views of the mountain and lake. We were given a recommendation to try the restaurant Rossovivo right down the street on the lake which turned out to be one of our favorite meals we had during our two week tour of northern Italy. The outdoor metal stairs up to the apartment are a little steep and can get slippery during rainy season but that was pointed out to us and we made sure we were careful. So peaceful and breathtaking and the hot tub was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Vielen Dank Nicola, für einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war makellos, tadellos sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was ich brauchte. Ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Terrasse zum frühstücken fand ich auch sehr schön. Der Baulärm hat zwar etwas gestört aber durch den Feiertag und das anschliessende Wochenende war dies dann doch nur nebensächlich. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die übergroße Bettdecke war ein zusätzliches Highlight. Der Pool war auch sehr schön anzusehen, mir war nur das Wasser noch kalt, um den Pool auszuprobieren. Aber selbst in den Gardasee bei max. 17° C bin ich nicht hinein. Die sichere Verwahrung für Fahrräder gefiel mir auch sehr gut. Ich hätte gerne meinen Müll selbst entsorgt, in Ermangelung einer Darstellung/Foto wußte ich leider nicht wohin damit. Ich würde gerne wieder hier übernachten! Freundliche Grüße Michael

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein. Perfekt eingerichtet, bietet viel Stauraum und enthält alles, was man benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Wohnung von Elena wieder buchen.
