Despite the small turbulence at check-in, the apartment is in a perfect location. Close to lake, shops, restaurants. Everything was as described, well-maintained, well-equipped and clean apartment. Recommended.

The apartment was great, everything worked out perfectly with Arianna. The location is great, so it's perfect for surfing right on the water. I have rarely taken a vacation in such a beautiful and clean apartment! Glad to come back!

The owner Laura is an extremely friendly and helpful person. Warm, cozy and comfortable apartment, a small jewel. Relaxing vacation in a charming corner of the lake with private beach and mountain for walks. Another aspect not to underestimate the friendliness of the neighborhood. The apartment is simply sensationally located above the lake, surrounded by olive trees. When eating on the terrace and from the comfortable sun loungers you always have a great view of the village and the lake! It is a 10-minute walk down to the lake, then steeply uphill on the way back. The apartment is large and clean, the kitchen well equipped. Daniela is very nice and incredibly helpful! We will be happy to come back!

We stayed the week of New Year's with our dog. The accommodation perfectly matches the description. Quiet and perfect location for those seeking relaxation and tranquility. The host was very kind and available for any need. We'll be happy to come back.

Great stay with family and dog. Great communication. House and garden for one alone and even an extra fenced garden area for dogs. Opposite is the wonderfully refreshing lake, and the dog beach is also directly on site. We did great hikes, jogged around the lake and enjoyed swimming in the clear Lake Ledro. The house offers everything you need. You usually stay outside anyway

We really liked the apartment with regard to the lake and met our expectations. Bettina is an attentive host, communicating with her easily and quickly. On site, a very friendly point of contact will be available for all questions. We will definitely be back.

The accommodation is located on the fantastic lake surrounded by mountains. Since the house is a bit off from the holiday village, you have wonderful silence and the lake almost to yourself. Excursions to the mountains or cities in the area are easily possible by car. Perfect accommodation as a family or with friends.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The view is worth of everything. Both day and night it’s breath-taking. The apartment is comfortable and we were happy to have our cat with us. Highly-recommended!

We had a great time at Valéry and Vita's. The residence is very nice, we enjoyed the games, the pool and the ping pong table, and we had a very nice view of the lake from the terrace of the apartment 😍 Valéry is very available to give advice and really very kind And the area is really very nice to enjoy the lake, the lakefront is great for walking / running / cycling And there are also several via ferrata that we have not tested (possible to do without accessors if you have your equipment , we have seen a lot of followers) We'll be happy to go back. 🥰

Nice resort in peaceful environment right at the Idro lake and the mountains. Expect basic apartments, great for active vacation. Hosts are extremely helpful, laidback and friendly, not like mass tourism at for example lake Garda.

The place is in a fantastic location, just a few steps to the lake. House Elda is located a little away from the holiday complex, so you have plenty of peace and quiet and can still use the advantages such as the mini market, the pool and of course the good pizzeria. The amenities are very basic and sometimes a bit outdated. Next time, we'll bring a few candles, a tablecloth, and others to make it even more homely. The beds were very cozy, contrary to expectations. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is small but nice. Perfectly decorated, offers plenty of storage space and contains everything you need. We felt very comfortable and would book Elena's apartment again.

It was one of the most beautiful nights in Italy! The accommodation is integrated and close to all events such as restaurants and cafes, shopping and directly overlooking the lake. Thank you to the host for their openness and constant assistance to us.

A nice place in a wonderful location on the slope. Lake and Limone views are phenomenal. The furniture is a bit old, but functional. The described coffee machine is a bialetti, just typical Italian :) Bus stop is downstairs down the street. Malcesine itself is within walking distance. The beach section on the opposite side of the street is very nice, invites you to swim and was not crowded during our stay. We didn't meet Laura in person. For this, her mother, who took care of us nicely and provided tips.

We had a wonderful stay at Giuliana’s. She was quick to respond to any questions/concerns we had and happy to find a solution for us when needed. We would love to come back again one day.

The place was very neat and clean, plus it has a really great location. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free and communication was great. The hostess was really very kind and explained everything well. I can recommend the place with a clear conscience and will definitely be back.

If you are traveling solo or in a couple, don’t hesitate to book this accommodation. It was the perfect base for me to discover the quaint and beautiful towns around Iseo lake. It is located right by the main piazza where you can eat a nice plate of pasta at Flour, take the bus to Bergamo or cross the street to catch the ferry to Monte Isola. There is a mini-fridge to keep your drinks cool, and a supermarket 10min walk away. The spotlessly clean suite smelled good, and had all the essential amenities, including AC. Marcello is a great host, very responsive and friendly.

We were very satisfied👌very good check IN, very friendly and helpful. Good tips for things to do or restaurants. We can only 100% recommend this to Barbara and her family🔝
