The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

The vine house is a traditional stone house of 1900’s remodeled with style and emphasis on its distinguished fascinating characteristics. Located in Kato Chora, under the archaeological area of the Castle, 200m from the main road (Livadi-Chora) and 300m from the village market. Leivadakia is of one of most well known sandy beaches of the island with natural shade of the trees and few steps away from restaurants and cafe. Just few minutes walk down from the port/ Leivadi that can find bars, restaurants, grocery shops .

The house is located in the traditional settlement of Exambela facing the picturesque village of Kastro on the Eastern side of the island.. Relax and enjoy your privacy and solitude at the terraces. The beautiful pool with magic view is shared with Chalakia house 2. The parking is 100metres from the house. The car does not go all the way to the house, to get there you will need to follow a path of 30 meters.
