This cozy, unique Cabin sits on Rainbow Island on the Little Red River. Here you will be able to fish, float, relax, and sit around the fire pit. Close by you'll find fishing guide services, shopping, restaurants, recreation @ Greers Ferry Lake and much more. This cabin sits in a quiet community just outside of Pangburn, AR which is home of the Rainbow Trout. Within 15-20 minutes is Heber Springs and Searcy and within 1 hour is Conway and Little Rock. Located directly on the Little Red River you will enjoy all that the Arkansas outdoors has to offer. You have access to our private fishing dock. Relax in the evenings on the large deck with a bbq and a soak in the hot tub. The deck is great for observing the local wildlife such as geese and river otters. It is centrally located, just one block from Spring Park, the downtown area, Wild Sweet Williams bakery, Knight's Barbeque, Starbucks and more. The kitchen, laundry room and bathroom are recently updated and fully stocked, and each bedroom has a king-size bed. The spacious dining room is perfect for family and friend gatherings. Two new lower patios for firepit and lounging. We have a wide direct path to lake with tons of water toys including paddle boards and kayaks. Our property sits on over 9 acres of land right on Greers Ferry Lake. Lots of space and room from ATVS and parking your boats.
