The old farmhouse refers to the local traditional architecture. The house has a really large plot of land with lots of greenery and fruit trees. The garden has a beautiful view of the Ronov and Vlhošť hills. The house is located in the village square, but it has a closed courtyard, and therefore offers proper privacy and absolute peace. A stream flows through the village square and there is a children's playground. Janovice is a historic village, which is still on an oval medieval floor plan and the whole village is a village conservation area.

In the meadow below the Ronov hill in the village of Stvolínky you can find our cottage, cottage, former shepherd's hut. Come and breathe in nature, run in the morning rose, and enjoy endless romance under the stars in the evening, as well as long contemplation by the fire. During the day, you can roam the surrounding trails between ponds or take a train trip. On the very border of the Kokořínsko Protected Landscape Area and near the Czech Central Protected Landscape Area, you will have a lot of tourist destinations within a stone's throw.

Vila Louka

It is a cultural monument from the end of the 18th century. We most often rent the villa for weddings, events, teambuilding or other celebrations. The accommodation capacity is for about 50 people in seven bedrooms, on mattresses or sofa beds in the attic. The villa has a stylish lounge and a beautiful bar with a jukebox, fireplace and piano. There is also a beautiful historic ballroom connected to an outdoor spacious terrace. We have a beautiful swimming pond with a pier, which serves as one of several ceremonial places on the property.
