The estate grounds are enclosed, and in another house within the estate, the hosts, who have pets, reside permanently.

Located just 20 meters from Akmena Lake in Trakai, you'll find the ‘Ivãnas Countryside’ sauna house, equipped with an electric sauna, sleeping accommodations, a relaxation area, and a terrace. Additionally, you can choose a hot tub (extra charge €90), a soothing sauna session (extra charge €70), or engage the services of a professional sauna master who provides a 2.5-hour program with all essential items and more (extra charge €200).

Vila MIGLA

Vila MIGLA is in a very small village, in the Labanoras forest, near the lake Aisetas (16 km long). Ideal for wild nature and sport lovers. I personally in summer swim long distances in Aisetas. In winter: when there are good conditions, lake Aisetas is perfect for long distance (20-30 km) free stile skiing. Forest is good for classic skiing. Summer is good for gathering berries and mushrooms. Car drive to Vilnius center: 1.5 hour, to Kaunas center 2.0 hour, to Moletai and Utena 0.5 hour.

It is a well-equipped apartment studio with a large terrace where you can enjoy morning coffee. The territory is fenced, with a large yard. There is a WC and shower in the House. A double bed and a Soft corner with a sleeping part, wardrobe for clothes. Big TV, is Netflix and Wi Fi. Fireplace. Outdoor Tennis courts and a swimming pool are available for a warm season. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, fridge and sink. Here you can find everything you need for a short while.
