Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Litchfield County

Three adults and a toddler spent four great days at Myrhah’s house in Craryville. I have very little to add to all the other enthusiastically positive reviews. They are totally accurate.I will note that one of us is a pastry chef who was at home in Myrhah’s kitchen. It’s stocked with quite a few good baking tools. Another member of our group is a 19-month old toddler who loved the toys and big airy spaces for play. We all enjoyed the home’s aesthetic and appreciated Myrhah’s responsiveness and warmth. I wished we could have stayed longer.

We had such a great experience staying at this Airbnb. The house was beautiful, super clean, and the view was just perfect honestly even better than the photos. What really made our stay stand out though was the host, Sunny. He was amazing so helpful, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. As a Muslim family, we really appreciated how respectful and considerate he was. He made sure we had our privacy and went out of his way to make everything as easy and comfortable as possible for us. It honestly felt like staying at a friend’s place. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming place to stay.

Still gleaming from an unforgettable stay at Willow Vale which is hands down a 5-star gem! The design of the house is one-of-kind where every detail piques curiosity and wonder. The library stole our hearts from the start, brimming with an extensive book collection and unique treasures. We sat by the fire here every night. The sunroom was the perfect daytime spot where we napped, worked, ate and played games. It’s impossible not to fall in love with the kitchen…we cooked almost every meal. Enjoying the hot tub under the stars was a highlight. We loved that there was a telescope and took advantage of it. The river was serene with a perfect swimming hole…and cold plunge! The house is secluded and there is so much to do nearby. It’s truly the land of hidden gems. Stissing House for dinner is a MUST. As their home might suggest, Matt and Whitney go above and beyond as hosts. They made this family vacation special for us in every possible way. We cannot wait to return!!!

We had an amazing stay! David was quick to respond with any questions I had and even came out to hook up the propane tank for the heated pool. I saw in previous reviews about the tricky driveway but David’s description of it is perfectly accurate and not any trouble, just a little steep but nothing super tricky to deal with! The house has a beautiful setup and view, very clean and so much space. Even though it was cold and rainy we had the most fun and peaceful stay at this home. The bride of the bachelorette group said she wants to book with David on her own just for another stay/get-a-way! Highly recommend this beautiful space!

I had the most amazing stay at this Airbnb beach house. The views were absolutely immaculate, turning every moment into a picture perfect scene. Every detail was thoughtfully curated from the comfortable bedding that guaranteed a night of uninterrupted sleep to the high quality toiletries that added a touch of luxury to my routine. The well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals whenever I wished, and the fast WiFi ensured that I could seamlessly blend work and leisure as needed. A true highlight was the friendly welcome with a customized snack basket that set a warm, personal tone right from the start. Additional amenities, such as a cozy fireplace perfect for evening gatherings, stylish decor that elevated the overall ambiance, and easy access to local attractions, truly made my stay unforgettable. I will be returning.

My friends and I had such a great stay. Everything was as described. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. We just wish we could have stayed longer!

This is our second time renting this house and working with Anna and Victoria. They are wonderful and kind hosts and so easy to work with. The entire home was very clean and spotless. We ABSOLUTELY loved our stay and had the perfect girls weekend. The farmhouse is so unique, vintage and spacious. The bathrooms are a women’s dream with the fun designs, lighting and the fun floor tiles. Although we are from Connecticut, we love visiting the Goshen/Litchfield area to get a change of scenery, visit the local winery’s and vineyards in the area and check out downtown Litchfield for lovely dinners and cocktail hours. The book case collection also intrigued us every morning when we were sipping our coffee and looking out the back porch area. We enjoyed the fact that there were tons of board games which we played at least one every night during our stay. We will definitely be booking our next visit and be back to this gorgeous home!

My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay at Jacks place. The house is beautiful, and the surrounding private property is stunning. Nicole was very helpful whenever I had any questions.

The place was great and wish i had more time there. We were just looking for a quick overnight with two bedrooms, which this was, but it seemed like a lovely place for a vacation.

Our family had a very enjoyable stay! The home and surroundings were beautiful, everything was extremely clean and organized, our host was wonderful! We absolutely loved the tea ceremony! It was very educational! We will definitely stay here again when we return to New Haven!

We had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect. The view of the water was everything and was accessible from nearly every room. The home was modern and easily accommodated our large group. Yet it was cozy and beautifully appointed with all the amenities you would ever want. It is ideal for children with every toy imaginable. There was a highchair and a pack and play for our toddler and child appropriate dishes. The kitchen was fully equipped and had 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers and 3 tables for dining. The beautiful pool and hot tub were in constant use. Mary is very thoughtful and assembled a ringed binder with important contacts and suggestions for dining, shopping and entertainment. Although there was no beach on the property there are nearby beaches. The towns of Guilford and (nearby) Madison are charming and well worth visiting. Mary was very accommodating and responded promptly to several inquiries.

Our second time at Hopewell Junction did not disappoint. We love this home because Anuja really understands what a guest needs and would like - so many extra touches, like beautiful linens, nice soaps and shampoos, wood for fire, lots of cookware and serving pieces, and beautiful art. Beds are comfy and towels are top notch. It snowed while we were there, beautiful, and the drive was promptly plowed. Our friends speak Danish, and they kept using the word hygge for the house. (Cosy and welcoming) We agree and will definitely be back. Thank you Anuja for another lovely stay!

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The weather wasn’t great but between the indoor pool and arcade there was enough to keep the kids busy!

Gautam was very responsive and extremely kind! The property had a huge backyard. You don’t need to ever leave the premise. The pool, yard, and gazebo were the perfect place to spend the weekend. Each bedroom has a bathroom and had great privacy. It was a great weekend!

We had such a delightful stay here. The photos don’t do it justice. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, which we used extensively. When a couple of minor issues with the house popped up, Brian responded immediately. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

The cabin is lovely, with a great wrap-around deck overlooking a bucolic scenery complete with a river and cascades. Jessica was always helpful and responsive and the house is comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen which is unexpected in an Airbnb. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

The hosts were fantastic, very responsive, and accommodating. Their home is lovely: relaxing, picturesque views, and inviting. One of our favorite extra features was the kids bedroom with tons of (new) toys for our toddler to play with. There were more toys than shown in the pictures and we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. 10/10 and would definitely revisit in the future.

Such a great spot for the weekend! We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin which had so much natural light and was quiet and private. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was clean and inviting. We really appreciated Melissa's clear instructions on finding the cabin as we arrived after dark and had no trouble finding it. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area!

This place is an absolute gem. Definitely one of our favorite Airbnb‘s we’ve ever had the privilege of visiting. The setting is spectacular, and the house is so charming and well equipped. Our kids had a blast and we definitely enjoyed the Jacuzzi in the master bathroom. It’s easy to tell that this is a treasured family cabin, lovingly tended to. Very accessible to Great Barrington and loads of wonderful hikes nearby. I highly recommend!
