Very beautiful stone house at the gates of Morvan. The house adjoins a listed 15th century castle and is located very quietly in a village near Avallon. Large and cozy, overlooking a large garden, the house consists of a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with its bathroom, two bedrooms with shower room and a huge bedroom dedicated to children! Furnished terrace, large enclosed garden and foosball/jacuzzi area.
