Pirica’s room was born in 2017. Is a new, cozy suite with an amazing bathroom and outside terrace with a stunning view to Atlantic ocean and Sintra mountain. Is set in the heart of picturesque village of Penedo * This suite is independent of our house, what allows to our guests have more privacy * In 2024 we decided to renovate and improve the interior space and also do a completely make over of all the house exterior spaces. We offer a peaceful and well decorated space, with lots of history!

Wooden "Chalet"

Dear guests, I have the pleasure to host you in this beautiful nordic pine Chalé. Hidden away from the street in the rear garden, access is through the inside of the first floor apartment then back down to ground level by the outdoor stairs. To access the yard where the chalet is located, they pass through my apartment on the first floor and go down about 10 steps. The Chalé is fitted with a bathroom and kitchenette so you can be autonomous and there is also an outdoor space in front.

The Garden House is a cosy and secluded studio apartment for two people that overlooks our lush garden and is the ideal choice for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious and private terrace with a dining table and chairs and a wooden sofa.

Located at Avenida 5 de Outubro No. 95, next to Saldanha, Campo Pequeno and Jardins da Gulbenkian, this small Suite (bedroom and bathroom with shower) is accessed from the building's stairs. Although small, the Suite has all the amenities for a comfortable, safe and central stay. The bathroom is decorated in golden tones and is great. It is 150 meters from 3 metro stations (Saldanha, Campo Pequeno and República) and surrounded by some of the best restaurants in the city.
