Very nice apartment, clean, good location and as described. The host is very responsive and always offers solutions, she is also flexible on arrival time. We highly recommend this host and listing.

I really enjoyed the location and found the elevator access very convenient. The apartment was pleasant overall, and the beds were comfortable. However, I was disappointed to see that the living room couch had several noticeable stains, which made me uncomfortable using it. While I understand the higher price given the prime location, the apartment felt a bit small, and there were no extra towels provided for our group of three during our four-day stay. For the price, I believe having extra towels readily available would be a valuable touch. That said, I appreciated that additional towels were brought up promptly when I requested.

We had a great stay in the apartment. It offers a nice view of the river and the host provided clear instructions on the accessing of the apartment and tips for activities/restaurants in the neighbourhood. You might hear birds on the roof depending on which time of the year you're going, so earplugs are recommended. Other than that, a perfect location!

Rita is a wonderful person and a fantastic host. The apartment is perfectly located and was not only very clean and stylishly furnished – we felt right at home. Thank you for the many tips and for a wonderful time in Lisbon. We will be back!

1. Small bonus, on the bottom floor of our building, very clean and convenient laundromat and luggage lockers. 2. Huge bonus, incredibly friendly creative flexible hosts. Joao's business hosts several properties and also offers concierge service. They picked us up at the airport, then 2 days later provided a private car to Sintra and Cascaix, for very reasonable fees. That day trip morphed twice, when timed tickets and weather worked against us. Francisco created/adapted the perfect itinerary.

Beautiful spacious place. As the other reviews mentioned it could be a little loud for light sleepers at the end of the night but the location made it worth it. There was a concierge for the apartments that helped us book a Fado dinner as well as a tuk tuk tour and that was super helpful. He took care of everything, we just had to show up on time! I'd stay here again next time I visit Portugal.

We had a great family trip staying in this apartment. The location is amazing, with many bars, restaurants and sights in walking distance. The apartment is lovely - especially the roof terrace. As noted, the area is lively with many bars on the street nearby, so there can be noise from the street into the night, and there is steep climb up 4 flights of stairs to the apartment. But it's worth it for the amazing views!

Fantastic place.! Very spacious and very clean. We stayed 4 nights. The hosts made us feel welcomed and were very responsive. The place is close to lots of restaurants. Safe location.

The location of the apartment is exactly as I had hoped - in a peaceful, quiet area and within a walkable distance to local supermarkets (including Aldi & Lidl). There were a couple of incidents (one of which was totally unforeseeable), but both of these were dealt with immediately by ‘Victoria’ who manages the property for Julien. Victoria was excellent. The only slight negative, as I’m a very light sleeper, was the thinness of the dividing walls. You can hear the neighbours moving around. They are extremely quiet after about 8:00pm, but when the family gets up at 6:45am to get the kids to school, the noise starts. It does, however, go quiet again about an hour later. If you sleep like a log, this won’t be an issue for you. Other than that, the surrounding area is stunning. Access to the North to places such as Lisbon, Nazaré, Peniche is easy (with a hire car). The same applies to Setubal and Sesimbra to the South.

Absolutely loved our stay and loved the wonderful town of Ericeira. The location was amazing, wonderful views yet walkable to town and restaurants and everything you could want. The one thing I would change would be having a dryer. We stayed in mid March and hanging clothes and towels out just didn’t dry. Other than that it was fabulous 🤗

Great stay. Bruno and Rita are welcoming and responsive hosts. Beach and sea visible from the house. Comfortable bedding. Beautiful well-equipped house, 5 minutes' walk to the beach. There are 6 of us and we recommend these hosts and this house.

We had a great time - check in was very easy and we met Sofia when we arrived. She gave a lot of suggestions what to see and where to go. The apartment is located in a quiet street but very accessible with public transport (we didn’t have a car, but parking seems to be limited). The house is lovely, very cozy, convenient for 4 people. There are two additional single beds on the second floor in the open area to accommodate two more and a sofabed downstairs which we didn’t use. The stairs are very steep, which may be a concern for people with reduced mobility or when hauling larger luggages. We didn’t have any problems and had a wonderful experience!

The house has the best views of cascais and the sea beyond! We were blown away with the location and surrounds. The house was very spacious and very clean. The kitchen has ample cutlery and crockery. The only down side was short supply of hot water particularly for showers. Antonio’s communication was effective and prompt. Make sure to follow his direction as to how to find the house as google maps doesn’t lead you to the right location. Thank you and we would highly recommend to others particularly to large groups.

Amazing view! Spacious for our family of four. Vanessa was very responsive to any questions we had. Quiet, private location and just a short car ride from Ericeira and local beaches. We recommend!

The entire staff at Duques Villa is amazing! friendly, easy to communicate with. the property is fantastic, a beautifully restored historic villa in Lisbon that was once the residence of royalty! You will be treated as such, while you enjoy the amenities and marvel at every touch at Villa Duques!

Very well equipped Studio in the park of the nations with parking space.

We spent a month in the apartment and felt very comfortable. It is well equipped and ideal for a longer stay. The internet was stable and fast – especially important to us as we work remotely. The area is quiet and modern, outside of downtown, but with everything you need right nearby: Lidl and Pingo Doce are within walking distance. Also the large shopping mall Vasco da Gama is about 15 minutes walking distance. The transport connection is excellent – from the nearby "Oriente" station you can easily get anywhere, for example to Sintra. A bus stop with direct connection to the city is even closer. Overall, we were very please with our stay!

Amazing stay and great location! very close to many restaurants, supermarkets, and easily accessible by public transit as well. The apartment is extremely comfortable and clean as well. I would come back in an instant!

Very clean place, and convenient location. The shower is small and the tile is slippery. I think it’s ideal for two adults or maybe 2 adults and a small child based on the size of the apartment.

This apartment was perfect for a couple staying in Lisbon. The first floor was extremely cozy and had a great vibe to it, they did a great job of decorating and make guests feel comfortable. The bedroom upstairs was very spacious and the A/C kept us cool at night (it took less than 5 mins to cool the entire upstairs bedroom). The balcony was very comfortable and a fantastic spot for morning coffee or sunset wine. Beatriz, our main point of contact was incredibly responsive and even provided us with an extensive list of recommendations for things to do, sights to see and restaurants to eat at. She checked in a few times to make sure our stay was going well. Check in was super easy, with a key provided at a lockbox outside. Despite being in a busy area, the street is very quiet with very minimal traffic. There is a beautiful church and park less than a 5 minute walk, as well as numerous cafes and stores to stock up on essentials for your stay. We would 100% stay here again!
