Welcome to our newly renovated studio apartment in Kutina. Ideal place for couples or solo travelers. The apartment has a French bed, a modern shower, a small kitchen and a coffee machine for a pleasant stay. The apartment is in a quiet part of the city center. Rules of the house: Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed, except small and calm ones. Maximum 2 guests and a child staying with parents in bed. Arrival from 14:00, departure until 11:00. Please respect the quiet hours after 10:00 PM.

U neposrednoj blizini od 7 minuta hoda nalazi se granični prelaz te na nešto manjoj udaljenosti i sklop tržnih centara u kojima biste mogli predahnuti u nekim od lokalnih restorana ili kafića. Sami apartmani bude sve sto vam je potrebno za lijep i ugodan boravak, a nama kao domaćinima biće izuzetno drago da vam budemo na usluzi.

Kuhinja je opremljena sa svim pripadajućim aparatima, indukcijska ploča za kuhanje, pećnica, hladnjak, kaffe aparat, napa, kuhalo za vodu itd. Boravak je opremljen sa android samart TV-om. Cijeli studio apartman je klimatiziran.

It is intended for two people, with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, stove, kettle...), bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, dining room, comfortable double bed, wardrobes, TV (Netflix account included ) and equipped terrace. Free WIFI. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, ideal for vacation and not far from public transportation (train, bus). Secured parking lot. Private entrance.

"Ada na Uni" - a private isle with a cabin on it

"Ada na Uni" is a private isle located in Bosanska Otoka on the beautiful river Una. At this place privacy is fully guaranteed.Cabin is best fit for 4-5 people. Toilet is next to the cabin  and outdoor shower is also available. We have solar panels which provide us a decent ammount of electricity so we can afford having light around the cabin,freezer,chargers and TV. Next to the cabin is grill where you can barbecue and hang around.Everyone is welcome!!!

Koliba Matina ada is located on a river island (adi) and access is possible only by boat, the location is suitable for fishing and swimming on nearby beaches. The hut is surrounded by the Una River and small islands. Since we are new to this app and have no rental experience and some omissions are possible, please contact us before booking. We don't think you'll be disappointed! 🙋
