Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Lipno Dam

We were greeted by Hana and a lovely garden. Unfortunately, it was raining and cold, but before I returned to the room, they lit the fireplace. And also I liked the view from the window. The bus centre and the old city are also within walking distance. Hana recommended good cafes and restaurants. Thank you, Hana and Peter.

Veronika's house corresponded exactly to the description. We felt right at home with two families. The house was new, tasteful, there was everything we needed. Lots of excursions nearby and a very beautiful scenery. Veronika was always quickly available for our concerns, friendly communication.

This house was the perfect little getaway for us! It is super cozy and has beautiful views. Our dog also absolutely loved it because of the large fenced in garden 🐾

We felt very comfortable in the small cottage. The place is very tasteful and cozy. The terrace with its view is ideal for sitting outside. The host is always making every effort to ensure that guests lack nothing. We had a very nice time with Gerlinde and Rainer and will definitely be back!

Everything was great. The flat is big enough for 5 people. Restaurants and the lake are not far away only a short walk. Everything was perfect and Tomáš was really nice!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place is beautiful, modern, clean, and as a bonus a stove that gives the right atmosphere. Great amenities, we really didn't miss anything. If you are looking for Lipno activities, there is a short walk, if you are looking for a more peaceful relaxation, you will also find it. The owner is a very accommodating lady, we were able to check in early, which we really appreciated in the winter months. We'd love to come back, thanks :)

Stayed here for one night and were received in a very friendly manner. Apartment spacious, clean and super equipped, cozy with fireplace in addition to normal radiators, location of the apartment to various places conveniently located. Only the mattresses were very soft or saggy.

Nice and peaceful! Would love to visit again!

The welcome letter on the door was especially nice. We immediately felt at home. It takes some getting used to that there is no sink in the apartment.

Wonderful little place near the Inn river in Passau. Jakob was very friendly and helpful my entire stay, and tried to make my visit comfortable and easy. I highly recommend!

The place was great, even nicer than in the photos. It was very clean and tidy. Bedrooms were lovely. We had someone come by twice a day and heated up. If someone now wonders if there may be any hot water at times or if the accommodation gets cold, I can give an all-clear. It was never cold, we always had hot water ( 13 people, including 4 children). The lady who came to heat up was very friendly and always trying very hard not to stand out. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. All in all, we were more than thrilled. It couldn't have been better. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back at any time. The arrangement and check-in went smoothly. Everything was set up perfectly. Host communicated quickly. From the photos it looked a bit like it was complete solitude, but it is not. There are two other houses in the immediate vicinity. One is even attached directly to the place of stay. By mistake, my children and I used the playground on the property, which was no longer a host, and the neighbor ran out on us. Otherwise, everything was OK

Absolutely recommendable accommodation to those who want to forego the hustle and bustle of downtown Passau. Ingenious location right on the Inn with views to the old town, bike path as well as bus stop in front of the door, on foot in 10 minutes in the center. The house is fully equipped with what you need and still has not lost its old charm. An absolute highlight is the enchanted garden where you can relax and work superbly. A nice, casual and open shared apartment, where you are also very welcome as a short-term guest.

We had booked three nights in house no. 15 of the Lipno Club for the last weekend in August 2024. We found the house to be very, very pleasant for our family of 8 (4 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 toddlers) including a dog, which was accommodated in a portable doghouse. There was plenty of parking space for our two cars. The extremely informative support from Petr was very good. He even provided us with a children's travel bed upon request. The house was fully satisfactorily equipped with all appliances and kitchen facilities and very well maintained. Everything worked out just fine. The location on the edge of the forest was very pleasant, as was the short distance to the lake. Overall it was very quiet there, with lots of nature around us and friendly staff. Too bad that a sauna was located directly on our back wall and was loudly shared by our neighbors. They strutted across our terrace while we grilled our dinner!
