Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Lipno Dam

The Klause is a nature pure wellness oasis in a beautiful and secluded location. The hot tube and sauna are definitely worth booking. Matthias is a great host who is very helpful and spontaneously fulfilled wishes (garden shower, sauna aroma). The house and property still has so much potential and you can feel Matthias still has many plans and is open to improvements. What's good to know: House is completely self-sufficient via solar power. Only 3 cars are allowed to park at the house, other cars are 1 km away. Hot water is heated in the boiler with wood.

Absolutely recommended if you want to spend some days in Cesky Krumlov.

The experience is great, we arrive at 8 pm and after some cleanup we basically fall asleep as a baby instantly. Also assistant from Andriana is friendly and warm, recommendation for all tourists visiting around.

We spent a wonderful Christmas vacation at Daniela and Stefan's place (4 adults, 3 children). The house is very nice and cozy. Kitchen utensils and other accessories are sufficiently available and nothing is missing. We felt very comfortable right from the start. The cozy beds are worth mentioning, we slept wonderfully :-) A very nice gesture on arrival is the delicious cake and filled basket with all kinds of goodies. The hosts were very helpful, always available for questions, gave us good tips for excursions and helped us with Christmas shopping. The children were able to romp around in the snow right by the house (sled and bob are available) and the parents enjoyed the sauna. Towels and bathrobes are available. All in all, a perfect vacation. Daniela and Stefan's place is highly recommended.

Milan's cottage is right on a lake in a beautiful area. There are other holiday homes on the lake, but it is still very quiet and you feel very close to nature. The lake has many fish and water birds that you can watch. We didn't try to see if you can also bathe in it because it was still too cold. The cottage has a large, well-equipped kitchen with hotplate, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a large bed upstairs, as well as a bunk bed downstairs and 2 sofa beds. Very good for large families. The bathroom with shower is also large. You can sit at the large table and look out over the lake. In the garden in front of the house, there are more benches and a nice seating area. The house has a canoe that you can use on the lake. The house has a wood-burning stove and fan heater for heating. In very cold weather, however, it can be difficult to get everything warm. We enjoyed it very much.

We felt very comfortable in the small cottage. The place is very tasteful and cozy. The terrace with its view is ideal for sitting outside. The host is always making every effort to ensure that guests lack nothing. We had a very nice time with Gerlinde and Rainer and will definitely be back!

We loved Ondrej & Ivana's place. It was perfect for our family. My kids especially loved the foozball table! Great setting for a few days in Krumlov. Couldn't have asked for more.

The weekend trip to this cabin was indescribably beautiful! It is the perfect retreat to switch off from everyday stress and just relax a little again 😊 We travel relatively often, but I have never been to such a perfectly cleaned accommodation, respect to his wife at this point 😊 Everything you need is there, and supermarkets are nearby, so come - drive to go shopping - and hang out there and life is beautiful 😍 Best regards from Regensburg, we will definitely be back 🍻❤️

Very nice, quiet location with terrace and property. Ideal for dog lovers, as it is on the ground floor. Breakfast at the terrace with sunrise- great. Everything you need, Wi-Fi, toaster, kettle even dishwasher and washing machine incl. Tabs. Roland responded promptly to inquiries. I would book again.

We had the best time! We stayed for one week and enjoyed everything about the apartment! The view and location right by the lake is at its best! We went for skiing in Lipno + Austria, which was perfectly doable from Frymburk. We were provided with a storage unit for our outdoor equipment and could park right in front of it, which made it fairly easy for us! The apartment is spacious, modern, clean + well equipped. Michal and his dad are very friendly and welcoming! What we didn't see coming: they offered daily breakfast per request and even accommoadated with vegan options. They really went out of their way to be the perfect hosts! we'd come bac The spa/wellness area is in a different building but easily accessible. You need to put in a reservation beforehand and get a preheated sauna, warm water in the hot tub, lounge music and a cozy atmosphere! higly recommended! I could mention more aspects which make the place very worthwhile but let's leave it at that: it's a 5/5! We'd come back

We had booked three nights in house no. 15 of the Lipno Club for the last weekend in August 2024. We found the house to be very, very pleasant for our family of 8 (4 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 toddlers) including a dog, which was accommodated in a portable doghouse. There was plenty of parking space for our two cars. The extremely informative support from Petr was very good. He even provided us with a children's travel bed upon request. The house was fully satisfactorily equipped with all appliances and kitchen facilities and very well maintained. Everything worked out just fine. The location on the edge of the forest was very pleasant, as was the short distance to the lake. Overall it was very quiet there, with lots of nature around us and friendly staff. Too bad that a sauna was located directly on our back wall and was loudly shared by our neighbors. They strutted across our terrace while we grilled our dinner!

We had a lovely stay at this chalet! Beautifully located, though not quite as lonely as the pictures suggest. Very friendly and straightforward contact with hosts. Good amenities and general condition. Glad to come back!

We were there with 8 adults and 2 kids of 2 and 3 years old. The house is very beautiful and the surrounding is more than beautiful and peaceful. It’s a very private place with Perfect heated pool, plenty of gaming options for both kids and adults. We strongly recommend this place for families with kids and who is looking for a private scenic and calm place to stay.

Spacious and very well-equipped house. The two terraces with lake views are really very nice. Numerous activities are possible on site: bike rides with trays to cross the lake, paddle, boat, swimming, not to mention visiting the beautiful city of Cesky Krumlov with its castle. In addition, the owner offers a boat, bike and paddle rental service, so all activities are possible without traveling. It's very convenient! The beach bar is very nice for an aperitif at sunset and offers very good grilled food twice a week. In short, an enchanting place we didn't want to leave!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this house! Already upon arrival we were delighted: everything was super clean, stylishly decorated and exactly as in the description – if not better. The location is perfect: quiet and idyllic, but still well connected. We would like to highlight the loving details in the house – from the cozy decor to the little touches that made the stay even more pleasant. Nicole was incredibly friendly, quickly accessible and provided us with great tips for the area. We felt completely comfortable and would have preferred to stay longer. We had four wonderful days at the accommodation. Barbora and his wife welcomed us so warmly. In case of problems, he was always available and helped us. The place was exactly as seen on the pictures. Unfortunately, we lacked the hairdryer and iron with the equipment. The only thing I would recommend would be an info about the security deposit in the description.
