Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

Ulgham Grange Holiday Cottage, Northumberland

Beautiful rural cottage in the small village of Ulgham just outside Morpeth. This old railway house is situated at the Ulgham Grange Railway crossing within the beautiful Northumberland country side with access to lovely walks straight out the door. We have the pleasure of seeing classic steam engines such as the Royal Scot travelling passed from the comfort of the upstairs bedrooms. Very clean beaches of Cresswell and Druridge bay are easily accessible by car and bicycle.

The Hogglet - a perfect coastal getaway

The Hogglet provides a cosy, comfortable retreat for two people. Offering a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with an en-suite and a homely living space. Off street parking, guest patio and garden. Two small dogs or one medium dog (labrador size) welcome. We are surrounded by beautiful walks including the river Coquet and the breathtaking beaches. A stones throw away from Warkworth castle where you will stumble among the local pubs, cafes and restaurants.

The Sheepwash Shepherds Hut Morpeth

Beautiful cosy Shepherds Hut with views over the local countryside. Our bespoke hand made, wood fired hot tub offers a unique bathing experience. Enjoy the natural warmth of the water, heated and ready for your arrival. This does need to be booked in advance, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required at a charge of £40. If your stay is longer than one night we can empty, refill and reheat for a small charge of £15.00 per night.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Perfect for long walks and scenic views. 5 minutes from the beautiful Northumberland coast with its many picturesque beaches. Close to the A1, ideal for a stop off for anyone travelling a long way north or south. Fantastic amenities less than 1/2 a mile away. Local pub, WiFi, smart TVs, sports centre etc... Dog friendly. Outside court yard.

A beautiful , lovingly restored first and second floor apartment with gorgeous period furniture and fabulous original features. Attention to detail including Willis and Gambier beds and furniture with quality mattresses to ensure comfort and luxury. So beautifully central for restaurants and shops. Large period kitchen with beautiful lighting and open beams, creating a wonderful ambience. Full of character and history!

The Dairy Stables

A previous stable block to service the main house. The new building was completed in 2023. Single storey, detached bungalow with 2 double bedrooms with king sized beds, large fenced patio, double car parking space, newly installed electric central heating system. Electric wood burning effect fireplace in the spacious sitting room.

Dog Friendly Farm Cottage by the Beach

Poppy Cottage is a cosy, dog friendly, cottage on our coastal farm a short walk from a quiet beach at Druridge Bay. There are enclosed gardens surrounding the property. Changeover days are Friday, Monday & Wednesdays.
