In a green setting, my house is on the river bank. Let yourself be charmed by the songs of the birds and the calm of the place. The 25 m2 studio, in the basement and very cool in summer, is composed of a bedroom area, a kitchenette, a shower and toilet in the main room. TV present, terrace upstairs. It is conveniently located, 5 minutes from the medieval city of Chauvigny, 25 minutes from the Futuroscope, 30 minutes from Poitiers and Châtellerault, 20 minutes from Civaux and on the Scandiberian Way.

A l’étage, vous accédez à un palier avec coin bureau desservant une grande chambre avec lit confortable de 160 ainsi qu’une salle d’eau.
