Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lingya District

We had a great stay!! The staff is super nice and friendly!! The room was great as well. Will for sure rebook when we stay in Taiwan! Only thing I suggest is don't copy the address from Airbnb and use that for an Uber. It will take you miles from the correct address. Verify the address first is correct. Other than that I highly recommend this place!

第二次居住（這次住有浴缸的房型） 自己是很臨時過年在找地方落腳 這邊位置不錯加上前一個住客臨時退房所以可以居住到 和其他住客評論過的差不多 管線及窗戶外會傳來臭味（餐廳後勤那種食物油煙累積的味道） 105號房確實有聞到。（後來和房東溝通有立刻提供空氣清新機給使用、謝謝） （但我還是自己有買除臭噴霧 一回房時加強噴一下） 半夜的時段10：00-4：00時不時會聽到有小動物在天花板及鎖起來的櫃子後方跑動的聲音。 有時會被吵醒。 （以前住104沒有太大聲響，105有這樣的狀況。） 這次居住近十幾天，可能由於過年關係所以都沒有遇到大姐進房打掃 住了十幾天沒有換床單及枕頭套、補毛巾的房間。 這間bnb經營很久了入退房方便一直很感謝有這樣的空間。 公共空間很乾淨，但房間有些角落會有老舊的痕跡、尤其是浴室濕氣多的木頭處。介不介意因人而異。 整體上位置非常的不錯、反應問題都很快獲得回應。 以後想住其他房型。（個人經驗僅供參考）

晚上十一點過後才入住，接待的員工很有禮。房間如照片，蠻寬敞的。整體乾淨也安靜，性價比高。房源在商辦大樓內，有公司也有其他改裝日租套房，出入稍感雜亂，獨旅客要注意一下

I stayed at this accommodation for 6 months while studying at NSYSU, and it was absolutely perfect for my needs. The location is ideal – just a 6-minute walk to the MRT, 2 minutes to the YouBike station, and within walking distance to Love River, Central Park, and many other central spots in Kaohsiung. The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming from the very beginning. They were always responsive and made sure I felt at home throughout my entire stay. Whenever I needed something, whether it was an adapter for European appliances, an iron, or an ironing board, they kindly provided it right away. The room was very comfortable and included hotel-like amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, fresh towels, and bed linens – all provided and refreshed weekly with the room cleaning service. Shared facilities were also great: there’s a washing machine with detergent provided, a dryer, and a kitchen area equipped with a microwave. The hotel was in a nice location near public transport.The room is quite big and in tje pictures. We took a bit to find the location,we followed the direction in the Airbnb description and was not correct

性價比高，地點方便。樓下有便利店，步行5分鐘的距離有24小時超市。房間乾淨整齊，有冰箱，大電視，wifi也很快。有洗衣和乾衣機，飲用水，還提供垃圾袋。房東周先生很有善，回覆很快。入住和退房時間都給我彈性處理了，真的十分感激。謝謝周先生借出房間，可以在高雄很放鬆的渡過了三天：）

Nice apartment well supplied with many extras (ice maker, water filter, dryer, robovac etc). Also a very helpful and friendly host. Good location in Kaohsiung with many parks nearby, a number of restaurants and convenience stores and an easy walk to a PX Mart and Carrefour. One caveat: there is currently construction on a high-rise next door so some tolerance for noise is required during the day. Kaohsiung really surprised me. A thriving growing metropolis with both old and new Taiwan represented. Highly recommend you visit if you are coming to Taiwan.

地理位置優越，可看到碼頭景致，臨近光榮碼頭輕軌站，樓下有大型便利店，交通及購物方便，但又不失寧靜舒適。 大窗戶採光非常良好，天氣好的時候，自然光也足夠在寬敞的書桌上看書和工作。室內設施齊全，大螢幕的智能電視非常適合看電影，因此不想外出的時候，留在室內休息也很舒服寫意。 此外，旅居主人也非常有善及迅速地提供幫忙和回應查詢。 如再來高雄的話，我會考慮再次入住。

It was very close to the bus station, MRT, and the train. VERY convenient. Also there are two night markets very close by. The place was very clean and nice for two people.

The location of house is very good! you can go to most shop by walk, 3 min to night market, 4 mins to the convenience store, 5 mins to the supermarket. Houselord also prepared many useful facilities in the house such as washing machine, laundry and fans, there also has 2 bathroom, both are able for shower, so you don’t need to wait too long for it.

很有家的感覺，設備齊全，可能是我住過的最完善的地方，沒有什麼可以挑剔

5인 이상이 쓰기에는 조금 작은 듯 하지만 도란도란 이야기 나눌 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 에어컨도 빵빵하게 잘 나오고 따뜻한 물도 잘 나와요. 단점이 있다면 화장실 환기가 잘 안되어서 환풍기를 계속 이용하려면 불을 켜두어야 하고, 숙소가 5층인데 엘레베이터가 없어요. 그치만 친구들과 프라이빗하게 즐길 수 있어서 좋았어요! 좋은 숙소에서 머물 수 있게 해주셔서 감사합니다 :)
