Just two blocks from downtown & two blocks from BGSU, this 450 sq ft house - built in 1920 and completely remodeled for your comfort - features a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, and kitchenette all in a stylish, secure, and central location. Full of century-old charm & modern comforts, the cottage lies perfectly between Bowling Green State University to the east and vibrant, downtown Bowling Green to the west.

Rusty's Loft

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.
