Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, the fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and party live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Åslemåla, a beautiful place on the country side

A small guest house with room for 4 people, located on the country side. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, toilett, Tv, dvd, play station 3.....if you can not find the second bed room... look again and it helps if you have seen the movie Narnia :)....There is no shower in the guest house, but an out door shower in the garden… also no wi-fi in the guest house. A peaceful and quiet environment in middle of the nature....

Welcome to a nice 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen (70 sqm). Located 400 meters from Kalmar Strait, close to Ölandsbron, close to beautiful hiking areas and 3 km to the city center. The apartment is in a quiet area but still central and close to everything Kalmar has to offer! There is a parking space on private property. It is no coincidence that Kalmar has been named Sweden's summer city! Small patio in a beautiful environment.

Guest house in Rinkabyholm, 8 km from Kalmar city center. The cottage is located in our garden. There are 2 rooms and a kitchen. One bedroom with 2 single beds. Living room with sofa bed. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Patio. Free parking. Bike path at the property boundary that leads all the way into Kalmar city center. There are duvets and pillows.

Studio Styrsö

Nice small and modern studio close to the seaside. 8km to the city center of Kalmar and 2okm to reach the Island Öland with their lovely beaches and wonderful nature. If you want to stay on the Island Styrsö where the studio is located you find a bathing place 500meters down the road.

Maria and I rent out our renovated little cottage located in the small, nice Stora Rör, right between Färjestaden (Ölandsbron) and Borgholm. Perfectly located in the middle of the island, for excursions both north and south.
