We had a great stay, with easy access being well located and can do several walking tours. The place is very quiet. Esação was extremely clean, organized and well equipped, I congratulate the host Anderson and his wife as they were very helpful and polite, attending to us promptly when requested. Congratulations For all this it is I recommend and I intend to come back again and again.

I would like to make constructive criticisms. Box was leaking in the corner near the wall. The ceiling fan was dirty with a lot of dust. At the entrance of the building, the water from the air conditioning of the apartment above dripped directly onto the entrance gate, right over the head of those entering.

Great location and easy access, large condominium with good leisure options, apartment just above the reception on the second floor, comfortable indoor space for 2 people, fair price and good service!

The only detail for hot people like me, bring a fan because in the hot season it is a little complicated due to the lack of air conditioning, but other than that I don't see any other negative points, for those who want to spend a weekend away from the madness of the city this is the perfect place, waking up to the sound of birds such as: parrots, woodpeckers and others, without the noise of horns or cars and no sound of motorcycles. 10/10! The location is also a high point. Just 4.5 km from the city, the house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, safe and surrounded by a lush nature. Great house! I spent 3 days with my wife and we felt at home. It comfortably accommodates 8 people, the house is very large. The view is incredible, the rains are very good, the kitchen is well equipped and we don't miss anything. It has a fireplace, bathtub, and a bacaba space in front of the house. For those who enjoy watching TV / Movies, I recommend taking the notebook to connect on TV that, despite being smart, is a little slow for some apps. I highly recommend, Mr. Marcos was very friendly and made himself available for any problems.

I loved the apartment!! Worth every cent. It has 2 toilets of excellent size, super well-equipped kitchen, service area with a washer and iron. My son lived in Campinas and always stayed in hotels. Now I'll just stay in this apartment.
