Raj is very responsive and very accommodating. Place is very clean and with convenient store being right under it was nice if you need something fast and surprisingly not noisy at all. AC was okay during the night but mid day if hot seems to have a hard time, aside from that the place was great and price is great.

My boyfriend and I plus our friend was in town for Go Fest 2025!, We needed something close to NYC and Jersey City! This place was perfect. About 30-45 min from both. Natasha was a fantastic host. Very responsive and quick to answer questions. The place was clean and felt like home. The couch was very comfortable. The only complaint is that there was no coffee maker in the unit(which I knew before I got there) but it would be nice to have for future visitors. Also upstairs can get a bit noisy, at times it sounded like they were moving furniture around or hammering the floors after 9pm. Everything else was great, I would definitely stay there again.

These are very nice places and there are many great Portuguese restaurants in the area. I picked this property because it was close to where I was working this week and because it had dedicated parking. The building complex looks new and the apartment was clean and comfortable. I'm hoping to stay here again next time I have work in the area.

Igal is a great host. He came to the train station to pick me up and drove me to the house. He showed everything. Previously, he answered all my questions and gave accurate instructions. The house itself is located at a very safe and quiet part of the town. The train station is in a walkable distance. The room is quite big. The bed is not that comfy but bearable for a shorter time. Bathroom is great. Coffee machine, microwave, a small oven and a small fridge are provided. And NYC is a 40 minute train ride!
