We had a lovely stay near family at this upscale home with terrific amenities. Mike was communicative and the amenities top notch — something for everyone in our family to relax and enjoy plus plenty of space in the well-appointed house. Quiet neighborhood just 20 minutes from the shore, and the pool made for great family time as well.

Easy checkin process. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and let me book last minute which helped out a lot, place is really nice and when visiting again, would def stay here.

House was clean and as depicted. Owner was very helpful, flexible, and quick to respond. House was secluded enough but also right off the interstate. I wished it came with a few more necessities like paper towels but otherwise a great stay. I’d definitely recommend this place!

I cannot say enough positive things about Jake's beautiful Mendham farmhouse. My family and I spent the weekend there for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary and we could not have asked for anything more. Jake is so friendly and communicative. He is easygoing and responsive and made us feel very welcome. The house is stunning - charming and rustic with beautiful modern upgrades and plenty of room to spread out. We did not want to leave and hope to book with Jake again in the near future.

We loved staying at Martin’s place! He was super responsive and friendly. His place was also clean and spacious to host our group.

The hosts were friendly, and accommodating. I was there with my 103 year mother and they were very glad to help out in whatever way they could. The whole apartment is beautifully decorated, and the surroundings are lovely as well. Parking is so easy, as was getting in and out of the place. A wonderful stay.

So glad we stayed at John's beachfront home. We wanted a way to escape the noise and chaos of a large city and this was the perfect fit. Granted the commute is longer, but we couldn't get enough of the amazing ferry ride from Rockaway to Manhattan/Wall Street. Such a great way to explore NYC.

The apartment met all expectations. I felt very comfortable. The bed was insanely comfortable so I could sleep very well. Of course, the way to Manhattan from Rockaway Beach is not the shortest, but I knew that in advance. Within 75 minutes I was "in the middle" of whether I went by train or boat. Supermarket and the recommended "restaurant" are also within walking distance (5 minutes). Even as a woman traveling alone, I felt safe in the area. The fact that you were on the beach within a few minutes' walk in the most beautiful weather was rounded off.

Meghan and Dan, i cannot say enough wonderful things about your home. Perfect place to recoup from surgery. This is a pristine home. This is not an ordinary place, they took a lot of care in choosing everything. I even mentioned these are not “ curtains “ or average linen. This is true upholstery, textiles that are soft and last! The Rattan carpets Matched well with the decor. I would definitely recommend staying for any reason! I would call it a very American Cottage! Worth every penny and solitude! Thank you again

This place was amazing and everything I wanted! I stayed here with my groomsmen before my wedding in New York. Very nice neighborhood and great home type feeling inside. Me and my groomsmen with their significant others were thoroughly blessed to be able to stay here. Joanne was a fantastic host with all the recommendations and quick responses to any questions I had!

David was a phenomenal host! His hospitality was great and his accommodations for my guests were exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend David to anyone looking for the beach front oasis.

The house was amazing. Great location. Very comfortable. Check in was easy and the elevator helped quite a bit with getting our luggage to the correct floor. There was a helpful QR code in the kitchen with the house manual to answer questions. The host was very responsive and helpful when I needed to change my scheduled dates due to a death in the family, and he left a kind sympathy note and gift for me as well. Eric truly went the extra mile and was so thoughtful during a very sad time for our family. I highly recommend a stay at this house.

This was our third year staying there, it always feels like home. Geraldine is there to greet you, show you around and makes sure you know you can get in touch with her at any time. The house is exactly like the photos, clean, plenty of space. There is a harbor and small beach within walking distance . There are plenty of beach towels, umbrellas, toys for a day at the beach. She makes sure on your first morning you have coffee, juice and homemade treats!! We will continue to stay here every year!!!!

We had a great family stay at this bnb.. our big family travelled from several different countries for a wedding and this was a great place to stay. Feels like home, had all the amnesties that such a big family would need. Very very spacious. And the host was very responsive. The neighbourhood was peaceful and quite, yet two streets away on a walkable distance you find great Resturant with all kind of cuisines including Italian (quite a few), sushi, shawarma, ice cream shops and Francine. Train station is a walkable distance. Costco and lidl was also in a short drivable distance.

We had a short stay but the property was just as advertised and was a great place to visit. Natalia our host made check in and check out a breeze with proactive instructions.

We LOVED staying in Jennifer's home. The neighborhood was lovely and great for kids. The home was the most "homey" place I've ever stayed. The kids loved every minute of staying there, and honestly were sad to leave. The beds were comfortable, the linens were plenty, the kitchen was well stocked, the temperature control of the home during the crazy temperature fluctuations between winter and spring which was SO helpful. Bathrooms on every floor was so nice, and the sunroom was the most used room in the house. We even got to see a lot of wildlife, which was really fun! The only random caveat I'd give, and this is not a complaint, and just really a helpful tip if you bring young children. Bring or purchase a fence type gate instead of a typical baby gate. Our stay at Roze's house was great. It was a quiet neighborhood and the house was comfortable and provided enough room for myself, my wife, and our three grown children. Everything was clean and in great shape, from the kitchen to the bath, to the laundry, to the bedrooms, and the dining room. Roze was responsive to all of our questions and her instructions for use of the house were clear and concise. We had a great time and would definitely reserve this house again and recommend it to others.
