"The Roost" is a bright 1400 sqft. 2 bedroom c.1890 cottage that has been recently renovated and painted located on a two acre property with a coffee roaster Green Tree Coffee and Tea as well as another very small cabin called "The Lair". This quaint cottage on Norton Pond was newly built in 2004 and offers 3-beds, 2-bathrooms. An open concept floor design makes for lovely flow. A full There is also first floor laundry. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed and en suite bathroom with shower. Water views from most every room and easy swimming/boating access from a well-built dock. Lovely deck provides a wonderful spot for relaxing and enjoying the view, the oversized yard is perfect for yard games and sunning views.

The Barn
I call my place "The Barn" because as I was finishing it it took the shape and feel of a barn. It's not a barn. It's a quiet post and beam open concept building (a Jamaica Cottages kit) set among the fields of Appleton, Maine. You'll sleep in the loft or on a futon on the main floor. The bathroom is huge, 10X10, with a heated floor. It's an open concept kitchen and living space. From Appleton you are 20 miles away from the tourist destinations of Camden, Rockland, and Belfast.
