The 2-1-3 house is a charming 1950's bungalow right in the heart of hickory, just minutes from downtown, Lenoir Rhyne college, and many other corporate offices. Coffee houses, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and dry cleaning are all within walking distance. The 215 is pet friendly, however we REQUIRE a $20 pet fee, per pet ,also no more than 2 pets allowed. Animals can be no larger than 40 lbs. Featured on Farmhouse tours as the perfect Airbnb! This 60 year old farmhouse is your perfect restful retreat. Equipped with a full kitchen including all the utensils you need to make the perfect meal (Pots, pans, Keurig, waffle maker, toaster). House includes three bedrooms, one bath. Two bedrooms have queen beds with a bonus bedroom that has three twin beds. Our bathroom is a recently renovated tiled shower. No parties allowed on the premises.
