With striking countryside views, accommodation is spread across the 1st floor of a converted old barn accessed via an external staircase. The private lodging, with vaulted ceilings is a perfect place to relax & enjoy the area. Within the village is The Green Man, friendly real ale pub & eatery. We can be reached by Car or Rail (Short Cab ride from Newark or Collingham).

In a secluded orchard accessible by a country lane with minimal passing traffic, a tranquil, peaceful location. New hot tub Jan 2023, Sauna and steam room installed July 2023 We are pet friendly, but land is hedged not fenced.

The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!
