Holiday rentals with breakfast in Lincolnshire

Malcolm and Sandra were super sweet and helpful, and the room was exactly as described. Very comfy, cosy and quiet and great value, would definitely recommend.

We spent nearly two weeks as we were visiting family. Oakham is a lovely village and very central for exploring the Midlands. Jenni’s place was perfect for our stay as we had a car. Given it wasn’t in the centre of Oakham, it was more affordable and in a lovely neighbourhood. The house itself was decorated with character and had everything we needed for my three teenagers and they were particularly excited by the PlayStation. The enclosed verandah/conservatory was a lovely place to sit and looks into the lovely garden. We cooked many meals in and the kitchen has everything you need to enjoy cooking and a lovely big dining table in the conservatory. Jenni and her manager Olly were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

A little gem of a place, tucked away from the main road & very peaceful, yet only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Newark. Suzanne is a great host, very welcoming & friendly who is always on hand if needed. A good supply of provisions were waiting for us upon arrival including milk, bread cereals & crossiants. We would not hesitate to stay here again when next in the area.

This was a fabulous place to stay for our weekend. We had everything we needed and Scott was a great excellent to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice and clean, easy to find and parking available

We had an amazing stay at Hannah and Grant’s place over Christmas. Their house is lovely - loads of character, clean, tidy, great facilities and Hannah and Grant were great with their communication and had no problems agreeing to our special requests (a travel cot and a Christmas tree!). The house is two minutes walk to the high street with loads of shops (for last minute Christmas shopping) and pubs / cafes. Would highly recommend staying at their place and we hope to stay again. Me, my husband, our 1 year old son and our dog have had an amazing experience staying at Sharon's Seaside Garden Apartment for 2 nights! The house was very cosy, clean and gave that 'holiday' feel particularly thanks to the nice and bright 'sun' room at the back overlooking the garden. We've brought disposable barbeques with us and enjoyed dinners outside! The house is fully equipped and has got everything you may need. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs around. And the beach is about 5 minutes walk. Sharon was so kind to leave us a picnic blanket and humper and gave us some advice of where to go with a toddler and a dog. The boating lake behind the Leisure centre is only about 15 minutes walk. And you can enjoy toddlers paddling pool, playground and a sandpit there. Even though Sharon was on holiday, communication with her was always good and fast! Would definitely recommend Sharon's house to anyone!

Beautiful cottage, clean, warm and well equipped. Lovely location and surroundings. Better than described and pictured, we were very happy with our choice Great check in and out times. Would certainly return

Very convenient for our visit, felt like a safe and secure location. The property was quiet, clean and had wonderful country views. Two lovely bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchen gives you all that you need.

Absolutely loved our stay, Perfect for a “romantic” child free night, Was extremely clean and even left us coffee, tea, milk etc to make a drink on arrival. Was very private and even had a fire work display sitting on our balcony, hehe. Highly recommend 5*

The Appartment is near the City Centre (4 min Walk) and the next Food Store is just 1 min Walking Distance, on the Street are a couple of Restaurants and Takeaways so thats great. The Appartment was nice and clean only the Bed Sofa was a little unconfortable, but I didin`t die, for a couple of Days it`s totally fine (I`m used to a King Size Boxspring Bed here in Switzerland) The Master Double Bed was great and the Bathroom upstairs is really Big and nice. We had our own Parking Space what is great. The Renzo Team was ever so supportiv and helpful, great Service. We are going to come back for sure next Time if the Appartment free. Staying with Ian was effortless, very responsive to messages, central location to the surrounding areas, right next to a pub, and cooks a great breakfast!

What a lovely host. We were made to feel right at home. Spotlessly clean. Great shower, comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast. Good local knowledge will accurate advice and recommendations. 25 mins walk to town, castle and cathedral. Hope to see you again soon.

Lovely space. Ideal that it has a little enclosed area of garden to toilet my dog. Catherine was very accomodating. I had the breakfast which was also great.

From the moment we booked, Louise’s exceptional communication made us feel like VIPs. Her hospitality was truly outstanding - warm, welcoming, and attentive. Such a beautiful room, with its cozy interior, was an absolute delight. Every detail reflected a thoughtful consideration to making our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. A special highlight was the stunning summer house in the garden. It provided the perfect spot to relax and soak in the serene surroundings whilst playing a game of Scrabble and a cup of tea. A very comfortable bed, and roomy bathroom made for a V.pleasant stay. As others have commented previously, the breakfast that you provided was amazing and plentiful, and it was really lovely to talk to both Louise and Rich for a little while after. True hospitality consists of giving the best of yourself to your guests, and Louise certainly embodies this spirit when hosting. A real treat to stay at this AirBnB… we are sure to return again. We had a great stay here whilst in the area for the Boston marathon. The property was as described and we felt both that Kevin was on hand should we need anything but also that we had complete privacy. Being able to return for a quick shower after the race (after check out time) was much appreciated too. thank you!
