Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lincolnia

My boyfriend and I truly enjoyed our stay. Lisa was a great host and very easy to get a hold of if we needed anything. we did experience a power outage due to a storm and she gave us updates as she was getting them.

Me and my partner spent a week at this Airbnb and we enjoyed staying in there. The place is quiet, the house is just like in the photos, and very comfortable. It’s in a convenient location, only 3 minutes from public transportation, close to Old Town, and with easy access to Washington D.C. I definitely recommend it!

Excellent place for sleeping. Quiet, clean and perfect safe! I was asking to parking close to the main entrance with my Harley Davidson because I don’t want to live on the street. In a second I got the answer “of course “! Excellent host!!! I be back next time when I need! Thank you

This is a great property for those visiting the DC area. Bedrooms each allow privacy (and the basement living space felt like its pwn secluded apartment!) but the communal spaces (deck/yard and living room) gave us wonderful social areas (we even invited some guests over for a luncheon "en plein air"). Close to anywhere you really want to go in the DC area (the Mall, DCA, Arlington/Alexandria) and plenty of local spots (the Harris Teeter is literally 3 minutes away!). A+ location.... you will not be disappointed with this beautiful house and yard/deck!

Kira's spot is close to the metro (just a short walk away), spacious, and easy to access. The self check in is convenient. Public transportation and rideshares are easy to access Alexandria and DC. There's a fridge, microwave, Keurig, and plenty of space to store things. The spot is super private. Perfect for two!

Brandon’s place was great for a quick trip for my husband and I to DC! The airbnb is cozy, located not far from a metro station to get into DC easily and near Old Town Alexandria as well. Brandon was great at communicating and offered us local suggestions as well. The airbnb was clean, the bathroom was huge and the bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to town!

Amy and her place were lovely for our family of 4. With two littles it worked very well and Amy even had toys for us- we also used her provided pack n play and some baby essentials. King Bed was extremely comfy, moderately firm. Shower was very nice. Cozy, comfy, had everything we needed. Amy was very responsive and helpful. We would gladly come back! Thanks Amy!!

A quiet space with lovely garden view, just as described in the listing. The hosts were very responsive, quick to address the minor issues I had, and friendly without being intrusive. In addition to the many good points mentioned in reviews by previous guests, I especially appreciated the nightlights in the apartment and the outdoor lighting along the walkway. I hope this place is available the next time I'm in the area!

Stayed at Erin’s place for a night and wish it was longer! The room is steps away from the restaurant I met with my friends at. It is situated near all that Del Ray and the rest of Alexandria has to offer. In addition, the bed was quite comfortable and the suite itself is quite luxurious.

Lena is a great host - she was very helpful with a last-minute travel issue. The apartment worked out well for us. Everything was modern, clean, and in great working condition. One thing that may matter to you - if you specifically want to be in or within walking distance of Old Town Alexandria, you're going to be about 15-20 minutes away by car. That said, the location is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, and a nice break from the DC area overall. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I was at Isabella 's place. We had Annie's place this time. The water view view and the beautifully themed decor are absolutely gorgeous. It's so close to DC and such a lovely getaway. It's in the heart of historic Occuquan surrounded not only by the awesome restaurants but also near the waterfall and park, which is perfect to stroll around after dinner. Thanks, Isabella - for a lovely stay. We look forward to returning.

A great place to stay in DC that was close to the trains.

Quiet, private location with a pet-friendly setup. The space met our needs for a short stay and communication with our host Jad was very responsive throughout our stay. Loved the woods and amazing walking trails! Thanks Jad!

My daughter will be having a baby soon and have been looking for a place close by for when I visit. This is it!!! It is affordable, clean and decorated beautifully. So relaxing, usually I can't sleep well in hotels but slept well here.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, well-designed, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The self check-in with a simple access code was super convenient and made everything easy from the start. The location is amazing — close to all the main tourist spots in Washington, DC. We were just minutes away from the National Mall, museums, monuments, and great places to eat. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Fast Wi-Fi, comfy beds, and a quiet, safe neighborhood made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting DC and would love to stay again!

Love this clean calm space-the balcony was wonderful. Mark was super responsive, checked in on us and we had everything we needed-especially in the kitchen. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. Nice place to stay. Perfect location. Located in the heart of Old Town Alexandria with easy access to public transportation to downtown DC. I would stay there again.

Great space in a perfect location in Old Town. Starbucks on the same block, Trader Joe’s quick walk, close to King Street and the water. Place matched pictures and I would love to stay there again when I’m in the area.
